I am after a Refiner to supply me with the following Ingots:
Adamantine ingots, Bronze ingots, Cold Iron ingots, Iron ingots, Silver ingots.
I will be requiring these on an on-going basis.
Please send a letter to me in Winya or arrange for a visit to our city.

It seems I am never in Winya when you are. Perhaps you could pass the ingots onto Alastar together with a price or whatnot and I can buy them from you that way?
