Toag Finnegan the Minstrel of Ice is wandering through the town of Chillwyck asking the locals about the construction work going on up north around the High Gate and the nature of the building work and the gate itself. He also speaks with the dwarven workers, having gold and ale in stock just in case.

((Tried to play this out with DM Necky in game, but I was told there where no area notes yet so I proposed playing it out on forum to which no objections where made.))

Toag finds out that it's from some group of people building a fortress out there between the orcs and Chillwyck, and that they've been poking around Endir's Point as well, offering military assistance to both establishments.

One name gets bandied about: "Andras Shai'tan".
