The note is writen in an elegant and elaborate blue lettered script and reads as follows:

"Having practiced the bardic arts for near on my entire life, new challanges of music and song appeal now all the more and long have I searched of the enchanted songs that there are said to be. So now I do so call upon those with the knowledge of these songs to contact me here in reply, for I seek to learn of them and master them."
