This armor, crafted from the very scales of a slain green dragon (yes, were it alive, it would have been painful I wager - Not only for the dragon).
The fabric and miraculous crafting done to this incredibly light armor, makes the wearer almost immune to any acidic attack, resillient against poisons of ANY kind, and grants you the ability to immitate the attack of the very dragon, who kindly donated these scales.

Champion's Buckler:

The long deceased gladiator Korgros Applefist, was known for his amazing performances in the arena, fighting minotaur and ogre alike. The ladies fancied him beyond anything. The men envied his skills and fame. A grand fighter, but perhaps not the best. In my travels, I have seen many different warriors. Korgros Applefist was extrodinary indeed, but the secret to his many victories wasn't solely thanks to his offensive capabilities. You may have guessed it. This very buckler was the key to his success and fame. Without it, he would have been impaled by the first raging minotaur to confront him. The reason for his death, WAS, because he dropped the buckler... the fool. But entertaining man, nontheless.
The Champion's Buckler is very light, and unbreakable. After these long months in the arena, the shield still is without a scratch and shining ever so brightly.

Nithrandiel Elûm "Father's Gratitude":
Type: Heavy Crossbow

A formidable ranged weapon made of ebony, which has been enhanced in ancient times, in the Elemental Plane of Air, to litteraly hit a needle in a haystack. Not many weapons like this wonderous specimen exist.
This very weapon was retrieved from sunken underwater fortress. Judging by the amount of bones and weaponry, it was believed to be the center of a magnificent battle, long ago. The only intact weapons remaining at the site was this crossbow, and two almost similar specimen, untouched by time and the harsh surrounding conditions.
The sages of old helped me gather the necessary information, to provide you with this story. The three crossbows belonged to an elven military family of great wealth and renown, almost forgotten.

Talagand ast Megil "Underestimate the Merchant":

The name Talagand ast Megil, is a name I provided the blade. On many of my travels to countries far away, I meet bandits and highway robbers. Surely they think a lone moon elf is an easy target, but little do they know.
One night, as I was pretending to sleep soundly, I heard footsteps nearby. Seconds later, the assassin revealed himself by impaling the cushion, on which I rested. The beauty of the blade, was almost enough to make me stare in amazement and lose my life. Suffice to say that an arrow through the forehead, can silence even the silent ones. Oh well, not THAT silent after all.
This incredible blade was in the hands of an unworthy person. Now I seek to sell it to someone who is.

Narag-zâram "Black Pool":
Type: Battleaxe

Not all dwarves are inclined to drink an ale with you, if you offer it. Some even throw the mug right into your face, should you not be very skilled at dodging. Others would infuse the ale with sinister necromantics and forcebly make you swallow the deadly concoction.
Little is known of this weapon, but one of these dangerous dwarves crafted this axe.

Dawnblade:
Type: Greatsword
((+4, 2d6 Bludgeoning Damage, 1d8 Massive Crits, +1 Vampiric Regeneration))
Spending many months, even years in research of my findings, I often get the privilege of assembling the puzzles these artifacts provide.
The name "Dawnblade" was given this weapon by its wielder. A man, trapped in a mansion, surrounded by a horde of gnolls. Supposedly he fought the invaders off, during the entire night. The sword was enchanted to let him absorb energy from enemies, regenerating his wounds and thereby keeping him alive until dawn, when help finally arrived. Hence, he named his greatsword "Dawnblade".
Dawnblade became a family heirloom and past on to his sons and daughters. One particular daughter, by the name of Dera D'fenlen, was kind enough to let me purchase the marvellous greatsword. Surely she didn't know what she was doing.

Dagor Loth "Blossom of Battle":

The ever humming edges of this blade, are made for the hands of a barbarian, ablebodied and stronger than an ox. Due to its size and bright light, you will be noticed in the middle of a battlefield, as a flower of destruction. The voice of the humming axe, will let any enemy know their demise is at hand.

Ilthaniel "Beloved":

The story which follows this incredible scimitar, is a tragic one. Many a bard has told the tale, and few that listened, had a dry eye at the end.
Ruthalas the Overjoyed, and Vilyrien of Evermeet, were lovers to the bitter end. And bitter it was.
I regret not having been able to memorize the bards tale in full, so you will have to endure this brief and non-poetic version.
Vilyrien stabbed her secret love, Ruthalas, by accident and had this special weapon crafted, to remind her of her lost love.
