An official posting is sent to all Surface cities of the island, reading as follows: By Unanimous vote of the Council of Mystra's Monolith: Due to the Weave abuse; known malign intent toward both the Monolith and it's residents, and the whole of the Amian and surrounding isles, let it be known a state of war exists between the Monolith of Mystra and the former Red Wizard cabal now self-styled as the Crimson Arcanists , and their allies. This Proclamation of the Council affirms the state of hostility declared by the Captain of the Weave Knights, as ordered prior to the Council's inception. Midnight always checking the notices when she visits the Monolith, reads the declaration of war with the Crimson Arcanist with a soft smile ~So it begins and unfold in a new way but the pathway is still on the same ending.~ she thinks to herself ~Perhaps it is time for myself as well~ as she moves to head up the magical elevator to the labs. |

Meanwhile, at the Monolith, a certain mustached Headmaster takes quill and puts to parchment several letters late into the night. . . In a meticulous fashion one, after the other, is written, then sealed in blue wax, the imprint of Mystra's symbol upon each. |
