As of late there has been a particular elf wandering about the forests stopping any druids he meets and politely asking them if they could put him in contact with an arch-druid. He introduces himself as Elcyon and tells them that he can be reached through message at Winya, or if they prefer Speedy's should any wish to meet with him.
