*this notice is posted in Cordor, Bendir Dale, Kohlingen, Wiltun, and Wharftown. Permission stamps can be seen on notices in the places that issue them. Notice itself is written in neat dwarven script*

To all the children of Mordinsamman:

Know you are not alone on these isles. Barak Runedar, largest dwarven settlement in these parts is situated on the isle of Brogedenstein. If you wish to just visit us or help us reclaim our ancestral lands, we will welcome you as one of our own.
Easiest way to reach us is by taking a boat trip from Cordor or Wiltun to Brogedenstein port. If you wish to meet with officials, just leave a notice to the guard, and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

*Dwarven female in silver finery checks on the notices. She also puts up signs with the same message on most frequent places like Bendir Dale, North Cordor, Kohlingen port entrance and Wiltun west entrance.*
