Notices are put up outside the Seven Stars Academy in Kohlingen, the Market Hall in Cordor, near the merchant stalls in Djedet and an additional copy is posted in Wiltun after having received Master Perrico's permission to do so.

Depending on the purpose you want to use it for, I could provide the tanned Wyvern leather. Seek me out on the isle of Caraigh, either in Ceyren's Mill or near the place known as Tyloni's Herbs.

I can make Incense. You'd need to tell me what the specific manner is you need though. I can also make oil if you find me someone who can pick coconuts. I sadly do not have the time to travel to the desert each day and climb on trees.

As Councilor Kaithan has offered to help me for this particular project, the incense would need to be in accordance with whatever customs might befit a follower of Sehanine Moonbow.

I will see about finding a supply of coconuts for you to make the oil from as well.
