Presents

Magical Ethics for Nonmagical Folk: Understanding the Mage Next Door

A lecture by Corinn Aldaine, to be hosted at the Seven Stars Academy in Kohlingen on the second evening of Marpenoth.

An evening lecture and discussion of magic and the role of a mage in the everyday community, including a question-and-answer session specifically for nonmagical folk to better understand the Mage Next Door.
Tea and Scones will be provided for all attendees.

Including topics from:
- Defence Against the Dark Arts: Preventative Measures
- Necromancy: Ethics
- Magical Ethics for Nonmagical Folk: Understanding the Mage Next Door

Please come prepared to discuss the topics, as participation by attendees is encouraged.

Some suggested questions for nonmagical attendees (be sure to have your own answers to these prepared!):
- What is the role of a mage in a community?
- How should a mage go about integrating into a new community?
- How should a community respond to a mage's improper use of magic?
- How should other mages respond to improper use of magic by their peers?
- What are the ethical responsibilities of a mage?
