If someone ventured last night through the territory of the Frost Giants, the said group or individual
would witness a strange sight indeed. Apparently someone severed all the hands from the slain Frost
Giants and took them away.

Furthermore, those who would make their way towards the Troll Cave would witness even stranger
and more messy scene. Randomly, around the cave, one would find severed troll limbs and heads, as all
the trolls are missing a torso. The grass would be painted red and the flies, rodents and other scavengers
would start to gather around the scene, feasting and enjoying the spoils.

What could this mean and who is responsible for this massacre?

The frost giant corpses, if they were untouched by their brethren, were disposed of rather discreetly by an individual working with great subtlety in doing so.

Of course, due to the difficulty of doing so, the remains were in fact dumped into thick snow lower down the mountain where now paths reached, likely tossed there and possibly covered up.
