These notices are posted prominently around the Commonwealth Library, the Triumvir, in Kohlingen near the Seven Stars Academy, and a few have made their way to the other settlements of the island.

Do you find your talents unappreciated? Is there little to do? Join me now in a unique opportunity to uncover the secrets of our island and make a lasting contribution to the academia.
If you have experience in archaeological expeditions, ancient history or simply a curious mind and a will to walk the lands, contact me about participation in a research project to chart the ruins of Amia. The project is in early stages of sketching, so you have a great opportunity to influence its course and execution.

New information has been added to the notices that replace the old ones. The project in question is a survey of all the ruins and archaeological sites of Amia island. Every site would be cataloged in a single codex to serve as a starting point and reference to future studies. We are seeking both professionals to refine the process and analyze results, as well as amateur volunteers to aid in the extensive field work.
Participants would be given a form to fill in order to guide and systematize their observations. The final phrasing is yet to be decided, but it should look something like this:Quote: LIST THE FOLLOWING:
The known names of the site
Location
Known history
Dating – terminus ante quem and post quem as accurately as possible.
Structure materials
Architecture
Inscriptions
Iconography
Artifacts and their context
Condition
Cite contaminants and obvious previous incursions
THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN ARRIVING AT SITE:
Resident and surrounding wildlife
Entrances to internal structures
Make sure structures are stable before you enter. Don't get crushed or destroy evidence.
Check for traps.
