Given you possess absolutely no title in Cordor, Miss Kushi. Nor does hold significance or relevance in any business conducted within Cordor even if you did possess such a title from elsewhere, you have no ownership over the house after you ceased to pay your rent and disappeared. You also have absolutely no right to evict a paying tenant from their home..

To the owner of the house I seek to reclaim ownership, I wish for everything to be clear that I am well aware I hold no right over the house anymore. That being said, I wish to encourage the owner to transfer the rights of the house back to I, Dame Kushi Rubyheart in echange for a sizeable monetary compensation. The owner is free to accept or refuse the deal. And before you outright refuse, why don't we meet to discuss it all? I can already safely offer you a three million gold amount if you accept to transfer the rights with short notice. Negociable.

The last person to have seen Kushi check her message board would be the Tour Guide who would mention her leaving with a certain Dwarf she offered gold to accompany her to the public gardens a certain starry night*
