If I'm not mistaken, she is right, Taelar. Parrico doesn't tell me everything, but Copper Industries was instumental in the Keep's renovations, so I'm fairly certain it's plausible

Both announcements are placed back up, but Aly keeps a surreptitious eye out to ensure any say from Parrico is seen.
