This post, and the other public announcement, are both taken down in Wiltun by a man in the armor of the Jarldom and replaced with a note.

If you wish to make postings in Wiltuns, you must first obtain the permission of Master Parrico prior to posting.

If I'm not mistaken, she is right, Taelar. Parrico doesn't tell me everything, but Copper Industries was instumental in the Keep's renovations, so I'm fairly certain it's plausible

Until I hear differently, post your announcements with my authority.

Both announcements are placed back up, but Aly keeps a surreptitious eye out to ensure any say from Parrico is seen.
