The Magisterium Mortis
The Magisterium Mortis is dominant arcane research institute of Tarkuul, a circle of scholars and
spellcasters, who work towards completing the goals appointed by the city and the council. The
purpose of the Magisterium Mortis is advancement of Knowledge, the Living City, and prosperity
of its dwellers and visitors, for through the rise of the city, we rise ourselves.

Rules and Regulations
- 1) All members of the Magisterium are expected to respect the Laws of the Living City.
2) All members are encouraged to work on projects offered by the Headmaster.
3) All members are required to be active. Inactivity will result in expulsion.
4) All members are encouraged to collaborate with the Living Guard, if requested to.
5) All members are expected to behave themselves when away from the city.
6) All ex-members must surrender their insignia upon entering the Living City's property.
7) All members are required to file a report of their progress at the end of each month.

Joining the Magisterium Mortis
- The Institution is open to any and all who have a desire to join, though it is conceived for the
arcane casters first and foremost. Those interested in joining its ranks should file an application
to the Headmaster or Magister. Those who are simply in pursuit of knowledge may address inquiries
to any member, including the Headmaster. These inquiries, as the Law states, may or may not
receive an answer depending on the willingness of the questioned party.
