A thin, female citizen arrives at the Commonwealth Center and asks of the clerk who would be best to receive the request of assistance concerning the handling and training of a dog, as she has seen hounds accompanying the Commonwealth's finest. To whomever they refer to her, Ahsra explains her situation when the opportunity arises:"I am the caretaker of a dog that was treated badly before. It wanders to dangerous places and finds trouble, but I do not want to keep it locked inside when it is not with me. If I have it tied outside I think that it will be eaten by things that it will not be able to run from, or hurt by cruel people. I think it would be good for the dog to do work, and learn words I say so it can be safe. Dogs where I am from liked to do work. I do not know how to train a dog, though. Could I bring the dog to be trained, or learn from you how to train dogs to teach it?"
