Post subject:  Wanted: Food for a party!

Hello all of Amia!

As you may know, the Shrine is holding a hunt on ((April 6th)), and after the vigorous training of running around and slaying evil monsters, I am hoping to hold a reception in the Shrine.

To that end, I'm asking for any food-makers to assist, for compensation, of course. I can be reached either in the Shrine or in Kohlingen, and we can discuss what can be made, and the cost.

Maiden's Blessings!

Aly'dra Claddath

((Edit: This is placed in Kampo's, Kohlingen, Uhm, Wharftown, Endir's Point, Howness, and along the road to Cordor. A copy is sent to the Grove, as well.))

*Malus read it with a smile and a few bad teeth are exposed. He places a reply then put to be written by someone else.*

I would like to offer my sausages on such great endeavor !

Here is the following to your appreciation:

Cooked sausages: are made with fresh meats, and then fully cooked. They are either eaten immediately after cooking;
Fresh smoked sausages: are fresh sausages that are smoked and cured. They do not normally require refrigeration and do not require any further cooking before eating;
Dry sausages: are cured sausages that are fermented and dried. Some are smoked as well at the beginning of the drying process. They are generally eaten cold and will keep for a long time;
Bulk sausage:or sometimes sausage meat, refers to raw, ground, spiced meat, usually sold without any casing;
Raw sausages: are made with raw meat and are not cooked. They are preserved by lactic acid fermentation, and they may be dried, brined or smoked. Most raw sausages will keep for a long time;
Precooked sausages: are made with cooked meat but may also include raw organ meat. They may be heated after casing, and they will keep only for a few days;
Vegetarian sausage: refers to sausages made without meat, for example, with herbs and spices.

You summon me and I'll be your sausage maker !

May He keep your plate filled up.

Malus Greywaters.
