A massive pamphlet is put up in Cordor, Nes'ek, Osthavn, L'obsul, Wiltun and Barak Runedar next to the Original Auction posters . It's elegantly written with a portrait of the author stamped on it, perhaps for interested to easier recognize the owner for future transactions. (If your PC have viewed the portrait, Your PC will recognize Hashim) A return address where bidders can send their letters is also scribbled on the poster, leading to a postbox in Wiltun.

To the denizens of the Moonshae isles and the Western isles.

One law is always superior lawlessness.
One ruler is always superior to civil war and the chaos that follows.

This is why all leftover wares from Firestone enterprises will be auctioned off at a reduced price with gold as the only payment method.
ALL income from firestone enterpreises in the near future will be sent uncut to the Jarl of Ostdur - Axe Bathrie and his court so that the jarl of ostdur can reinforce stability on the lands of osthavn. The current situation is uncontrollable.
Understated that Firestone enterprises are unaware of the political climate throught the lands of Ryathym and only choose to act out of compassion to the people.

It is better to provide stability and slowly work towards peaceful transition to more lenient and compassionate laws then to overthrow a regime and cast the land into civil war.
Perhaps a new stable city state like wiltun can be formed.

Kossuth has blessed me with the insight for this decision. New Auction posters will soon be put up.

In Wiltun, the poster seems to garner some small amount of attention from the local guards. An official is summoned from the keep proper, who removes the posting, delivering it back to Wiltun's seat of power.

The propaganda continues to be removed from Barak Runedar's boards after multiple postings resulting in the revoking of Hashim's posting privileges until the Council discusses the matter.

*A half-elf in black spots the notice and shakes his head*

This idiot is still around?

A tiefling comments to himself.

"This is not compassion. This is blind and willful stupidity."

Barring an official sanction from Parrico, any further postings in Wiltun are removed by a large, burly Tuigan woman, and the person posting them is given one warning.

"Without Parrico's seal, you can't post anything here. Do it again, and you'll be getting up close and personal with the stocks."

The First Knight of Wiltun orders Hashim's "post box" in Wiltun to be locked and watched. If the fire genasi should return to check his mail, he'd be informed of this development and told to seek out the First Knight for the reason why.

Andrew gathers a few pamphlets to use in his class as examples of political discourse and propaganda. He spends a day or two talking with his older students, having them analyze and dismantle it.

A crooked figure finds one of the pamphlets. Later that night in his office in
the Tower of the Damned, the High Arcanist wrote a letter..
