People of Ruathym of Amia, Those that would answer the call to armsthe call to service, those that would fight against an enemy that wishes to plague the people of Ostland for their own personal growth. Those of you that have been pushed and ran out of your homes due to your personal beliefs or moral standing in life, Those not accepted by so called society simply cause you choose to live life a certain way. The Ostland Enforcement is a place to call home, an honorable service to a place that will accept you, not for your beliefs but for the service you provide in protecting your home. Protecting a land of endless possibilities and growth, protecting it from foreign enemies that would simply stump it's growth in fear that they may never be able to claim it as their own once it reaches it's potential. The Enforcement branch is open to all that would wish to serve or make ostland a home, open to the mercenaries who would like to find some work and as well help fight a good cause. One of the posters in Kampo's is carefully removed by a Drowess in white and silver. It's folded and tucked away, so clearly defacement isn't what she's after...Any that are put back up, for now, are left untouched.

Within the increasingly militarized port of Osthavn, guardsmen can be seen begrudgingly posting and maintaining copies of this notice.

A hooded woman in plain, drab robes, and with far too much free time on her hands, sat around Kampo's. With uncommon patience and a hawk-like attentiveness, eyes of deep bistre watched the notice board. Not so much concerned with the parchment itself or the message it carried, she did however observe the various interactions of others. She took a keen interest in those who removed or defaced the notice, and while she did little else than simply watch, she took note of their general appearances with eyes full of intent.
