To the human male claiming to be an assassin and calling itself Nevadan. I am in Underport with something you want.

*Its not signed as if this individual had inquired with most of the locals of Underport about 'Nevadan' so it wouldn't be hard to get a description and find out it is a male Drow called Rith'tar who probably left this notice.*
