Posted on the general notice board in Kohlingen, Cordor, Kampos, Bendir, Wharftown, Uhm, and even a copy is left with the gaurd of Winya (be be shared by discretion of their council).

I place this call to arms to any good and concerned person that calls this great island their home. There is an evil and disgusting chap that is enslaving the souls of the fallen and casting death upon others.

There is a Necromancer that roams these lands surrounded by three enslaved souls. Protected by filth and evil, he has taken to kidnapping lasses for his own ends, hiding behind the undead and a shifter named Baga.

Though Bendir Dale is doing all that we can to combat this abomination I fear with our militia newly reinstated we simply do not have the manpower or skill to rid this land of these creatures and their master, only to push him back. Though, we have been able to keep him from snatching any hin lasses I fear for the women and children he may seek on the roads and in the farmhouses of Amia. Radamis is obviously unstable from his dark rituals and I would wonder at the senses of any that participate in his dark deeds or protect him from justice.

Keeping the women and children of the island safe from his perverted desires is a matter of concern for all who care for their neighbors and friends. All should be cautious with this deader as he is unstable, evil, unscrupulous, and unfortunate a powerful necromancer that can easily enslave and control three undead at once. His association with Baga should also be noted as Baga is a scyth weilding shifter with a true hate for small folk, especially the Dwarves.

I vivid wanted type drawing of Radamis is added at the bottom. Human 5'8 brown hair dark vest type coat. Even his feature are finely drawn.

On the copy at Kampo's is an unsigned note:

Deal with your own problems, you scampy little whore. Plenty of your hin do things just as bad, which go overlooked or denied by your town. Why should anyone help you when the hin are the disgusting plague that infects our beautiful island home? Piss off.

A hunched over old man reads the notice in Bendir with a concerned expression. Using a twig as a makeshift comb he drags it through his beard as he mutters to himself.

There was a period that there was little law or justice in Bendir Dale. If you believe your unfairly treated you are free to send a massive and appeal the matter. Oh and at least I have the courage to put my name to my notes.

A halfling with a build that'd make Kingpin look lean would read over the notes at Kampo's on one of his supply runs. He'd narrow his eyes at the anonimous slander and then head over to the counter to ask Kampo's to keep an eye on who is posting such filfth in his establishment and inform him if he finds out before he orders a massive amount of supplies.

Dear unsigned big guy calling insults and leaving no name, yeh, you really showed us just how fearsome you are with your foul language and exactly how gutsy you are to leave no signature.

No hin that uses necromancy is welcome in Bendir Dale. Bendir Dale is home to good folk. (//Good folk - widely known term for Halflings.)

Don't hold one person accountable for a whole settlement, taller. Chances are, you are bitter due to your foolish actions. Grow up.

With all the grim subjects and inpolite notices in this chain of notices, at Kampo's, below the unsigned insulting letter is tacked a very simply and seemingly irrelevant response;

Look at me! I'm writing on a notice board!

If asked around, those who saw the person putting this response seemed to have been a humanoid-ish thing, around 7 inches tall, giggling and flying.
