HELLO! Let us all celebrate Frugdar's birthday today! There will be booze and more to celebrate this festive occasion at the Gentlemen's Club in West Cordor!

OOC: It's my birthday today, thought it'd be fun to goof around with a drunken barbarian for a birthday party! :D If anybody wants to do this but is busy at the moment, post a time when you're available today, if you're available at all. Should be fun :)

Fearful of the likely riot such an event will cause, extra guards are placed by Easts's library, just in case!

Frugdar, on the banlist in the Dale, would not be allowed inside the town so he can't reach the noticeboard nor would permission be granted for the notice to be posted.
