*A simple poster is before you, not magnificent or bright, but big enough to get attention.*

Hello I, Helena , Am wishing to clean up the area of Uhm so that new buildings can be built and so that uhm may return. I thank many that are helping by donating wood, cloth, even gold and tools to do this and any other help is appretiated.
Every sunday, I will be in Uhm cleaning up the area and anyone willing to join is welcome!

I am willing to pay for wood, metal, and anything else that can be useful should a merchant be willing to sell! Please leave notice in cordor if you wish to reach me.

~Helena of Uhm.

// I considered sending this in PM, but I felt it better to post it for public consumption to prevent player frustration. Uhm will not be rebuilt. It was removed intentionally.

( that seems kinda stupid, no offence. unless everything that was in uhm is being put in other areas, like the bees and such, not only that but you might as well remove the uhm coffer and TP then as that makes them useless, that as in gold alone people have donated 5.6 million gold ._. if uhm is no more then it should be renamed at least an cleaned up so it isnt crappy looking.)

Such things are on the list of things to be implemented and done :) The team is working on it so we ask for patience.

// Things like the bees that were in Uhm and removed with its destruction, will be put in elsewhere, yes.

There's nothing stopping you from cleaning the place up ICly (no, it is not "crappy" it is in a state of ruin after having been leveled) however Anatida correctly pointed out that it will not be rebuilt as a town, both for OOC and IC reasons. That doesn't necessarily stop the land from being used for other potential purposes and it is better that we be upfront with the community about that than wait for you to do all the RP and then say, "nope, sorry."

Instead of saying, "that's stupid," I invite you instead to get creative with what the area could become instead.

Once you've had a chance to digest this information, feel free to ask to have the OOC posts removed from your topic should you wish.

//we have a special topic where all is listed what was of note in destroyed areas and which needs to be put in elsewhere. Worry not it shall not be forgotten! Shops will partly merge with already existing shops or go to new ones.

// I personally placed the bees somewhere else. ;)

(its more of an IC reason why i thing its 'crappy' an uhm wants to fix um and has even been doing all this stuf... they'd rather curse the entire area then let someone build anything but 'uhm' on it xD Even if its just a single house/inn for herself to run instead of adventuring.

and the topics ooc info is fine, it might jsut be shut down since the entire idea behind it is basictly ruined...
But I do reccomend making the area unsuitable for large buildings or it makes no sense IC that a group cant come in clean it up and build. Just saying. )

To those still visiting ruins of Uhm it would become apparent that
the small graveyard is almost devoid of corpses, and it has been
like that for a few weeks now.
