For those that know her the most surprising part of the costume is probably the fact that she is wearing a skirt!
The fabric is a deep, rich blue that compliments her charcoal, drow skin. The cut of the blouse goes even further to highlight her more feminine qualities, and she is wearing a dark, but subtle red lipstick.
All of her skin, from her shoulders down glistens, and has the consistency of scales. Instead of absorbing light, as they usually do, the scales have a shine as if they have been oiled. The oil is also likely the source for the scent of deep orchids that surrounds her. Her hair is silvery-white and arranged with care in a series of elaborate braids; held in place with custom silver beads.
Her mask is made of wood, or vines. Branches of varying widths radiate from the area around the eyes to twist and wrap with the appearance of elegant filigree.
The wings at her back are made up entirely of shadow, though they are detailed and appear real. They are ethereal and slightly translucent; giving them a spectral quality. If 'touched' the air around them would be colder than the rest of the area.
Her right arm, from trapezius to wrist is painted with a webbing of silver, that gives the impression of veins. The same paint is applied to the left side of her neck, and face.
// Because my photo editing skills can not do it justice, here is the picture of the original mask:
Aedan wears a surprisingly formal bit of clothes given what he usually wears. His main clothing looks to be a standard suit overall, with a dark blue and black tint. Beneath that is a white shirt. On his back he wears a long, white cloak draped over one shoulder, pinned in place with a shiny blue broach. Atop his head is a wide brimmed, dark blue hat with a white feather sticking out from where one side is folded up.
As for his mask, the design itself is of a white wolf, painted with dark blue and carrying silver highlights in places.
Emilie is taking the theme of Metamorphosis to heart. She wears a crimson red gown (very similar to the dress below) and opera-length white gloves. The fabric cut-out of the gown over the plane of her collarbone and chest is heart-shaped. Her mask resembles wrought iron and covers her face from her forehead to the tip of her nose with a heart motif between the holes for her eyes.
Alanna's gown begins in a white strapless corset embroidered in swirling patterns of pearls and muted blue beads. The gown's skirt, a diaphanous white silk, is dramatically layered like large flower petals, with an overlay of translucent moonlight blue lace. She also wears a pair of long, formal gloves made from the same delicate lace.
Her mask is simple white leather, cut to cover both eyes. The real statement is the intricate silver disk the mask attaches to - thin silver metal is teased into a latticework behind her head like a halo, the rim of which is decorated by the cycles of the moon.

Valerius is garbed in an odd assortment of metals and ores. His mask is half refined metal clockwork and half stone. His outfit is composed of mismatched layers of chainmail, all of different metals. His cloak looks like patterned stone on the outside and appears to be (with Silent Image) to be molten ore on the inside of the cloak.
Caron enters the Shanty later than others, in a smart suit of black trimmed with burnished gold.
His necktie and undershirt are a deep, flashing silver that bunches around his neck and under his pale face.
Upon that face is a bright, shining mask that is lacquered in swirling patterns of gold and copper and yellow and orange and amber- back upon each other and upon each other and flowing in circles along his skull! His hair is vanished within it, as it ties around back in a flowing brown net that catches and holds everything... and smooths out the edges of his sharp covering.
Almost his entire face is behind the mask.
Except for those dark, almost black purple eyes.. they are lined in smudges of gold dust, as if they had come out of a fire.
If he was smiling, it was nowhere to be seen.
He was as eminent and bright as the sun itself, changing, metamorphosing, but oh so slowly...
His shoes, too, are something to behold.
They dance under the lights, catching the eye of any who glances his way...
All in all, he was a spectacle. Would he have it any other way?
His ebon guitar hung at his side, and he did play something during the night, although that was left for the true guests to speak of...
