Sevral notices are place throughout Cordor on each bullition post. They read as follows:
"Seeking skilled lock smith for the creation of new locks. Please seek out Sergeant Matthew or come by the Guard house in South to inquire further. Good pay shall be offered for services rendered. - Sergeant Matthew "
