*A great draconic roar pierces the early morning calm around the Minmir Bridge. Shortly afterwards, a man wearing armor made from black and red dragon scales and covered in cruel spikes is seen walking into Kampo’s. He wears a black cloak that shimmers in the candle light like the scales of a snake and carries a blood red symbol of Tiamat at its center. Without a word, he pins a large sheet of parchment to the notice board with a serpentine dagger and makes his way back out into the night. Over the next few hours, copies of the notice begin appearing all over the island; pinned to trees in Amia Forest, sign posts along the roads, and scattered on roads leading out of Kohlingen, Cordor, Wharftown, Bendir, Endir’s Point, Wiltun, and Barak Runedar. It was clear that, who ever the armored man was, he wanted to be sure that the message was received.*

To the one called Kaleth or Black:

It warmed my heart to learn that
Tiamat, Queen of Dragons, was being served even in an insignificant island chain such as this. I came to watch you. To measure your worth. To learn the strength of your faith and your arms.

These are the things you have done in the name of Tiamat:

-You bend your back and present yourself for the pleasure of the one known as Tahren. You submit to his lusts like a dog in heat.

-When captured by the weak, mongrel guards in Cordor, you begged for their mercy. You wept and whined and pleaded to them. You dare to call yourself a
Fang of Tiamat? What sort of putrid kobold mating pit did your wretched whore of a mother need to wriggle herself into to spawn something like you?

-They dressed you in a skirt. You let them dress you in a skirt. Did Tahren enjoy the easier access to your rancid hind quarters, whelp?

-You fled from battle with a false god’s slave in the forest. Is this how you show the Might of Tiamat's blood?

-After running from the soft-skinned slave in the forest, you asserted your ‘power’ by killing a knife-ear’s child. I care not for the maggot, but what sort of coward flees from righteous battle against Her enemies and kills a child instead?

It is a good thing those kobold scales you are covered in are black, as they no doubt hide many bruises from all the beatings you take.

This is not strength. This is not power. This does not glorify Her. This is cowardice. Weakness. You are a parasite clinging to Her name.

You are unworthy of Her blood. You are unworthy of even the kobold scales your rancid mother won you in that mating pit.

When your lover lets you off his lap…

Meet with me on Minmir Bridge, pretender.

I will peel the scales from your back and drain Her blood from your wretched carcass.

- Othim'Marux

In Wiltun the notice is ripped down and stuff in his bag.

A darkly clad figure emerges beside a tree, taking a glance at the note before ripping it off and putting it into their pack, chuckling for most of the process.

In Bendir Dale, a certain red headed bardess would be seen laughing so hard at the notice she'd be unable to breathe for a moment and tears of mirth would dampen her cheeks. Oddly she leaves up the notice...for now.

In Barak Runedar a red haired dwarf reads the note, then rips it down and keeps it on his pocket.
The dwarf spits on the ground and says a curse in dwarven.

Any of these notes found in Amia Forest are taken and destroyed.

The ebony hand of a drow finds a copy which he reads with a thoughtful expression before rolling it up and taking it with him.
