*Small, modest pamphlets are put up in taverns, stores or community centers across the islands, sometimes left loosely in the most unsuspecting of places, or seeming to have been dropped on the road by a traveler.

This particular one is seen more in Kampo's, Bendir Dale, Wharftown and even Shadowscape.*
