A human man with a striking purple cloak, and nursing what appears to be a broken nose, posts a single notice in Kampo's Tradehouse, and than leaves.

As declared by my master, Bluscharaoz,
He swears to not involve himself, or his minions and disciples, on the land of Amia, per an agreement with "Ryvvik of the Old Order", in exchange for the rightful return of his Horn. My master hopes that this situation can then be resolved swiftly, and the horn delivered as agreed upon, by two respectful parties.

All bounties on Ryvvik and the kobold Cor'Xak are hereby rescinded and will not be paid out in any fashion.
