Post subject:  [Locations within] A Dire Warning!

The following note has been put up in Bendir Dale, Kampo's, Guldorand, and the Ellistraean shrine.

To those living near to the Skull Crag mountain,

This is a dire warning sent out to everyone. I'm sure everyone has noticed the ash clouds and the sheer amount of ash falling from the sky. More of which being closer to the mountain, itself. After heading towards the peak of the mountain to investigate, I've come to realize just how dangerous of a situation this could be. The lava within the volcano appears to be getting higher and higher. It's already nearing the point of spilling over the top. If it does, it will make its way down the mountain and burn everything in its path. This includes all the areas and settlements closest to the mountain.

I beseech everyone living near or around the volcano to put proper precautions into play. With some planning, the best course of action will be to dig deep trenches that can divert the lava flow away and somewhere it will cause less or no harm. If this isn't done, I fear there are many lives at risk. At the very least, a great many homes at risk. An alternative is evacuation of the area, however that shouldn't be needed if the trenches are dug, or something is done that can safely divert the lava away from any populated areas.

Thank you.

*In Kampo's Storehouse, a note is left*

Given that one side of the mountain has already been blown away, in last years' eruption, the areas of Actand and the Shrine of Eilistraee are likely targets in the lava flow; though of course, Nature follows Her own rules, and any direction is viable.

If trenches need to be made, I suggest willing druids who can move the earth in a more natural way, even using the removed soil to build a wall behind the trench. But I will remind, that the methods used to save the Shrine of Eilistraee, were very effective in diverting the flow of lava, and no trenches were dug. Portals were opened to the Elemental Plane of Fire in front of the flowing lava, letting the molten liquid drain to where it could do no harm.

I offer what help I can in this matter.

In Bendir Dale, a response is left

During last year's eruption, mages were able to divert some of the lava through various incantations, while bards were able to use their Storm song to open the heavens and call down the rains to quench the fires. It was most effective, and can be attempted again if required.

At the Shrine or Eilistraee, Rith'tar rips the notice down. His silvery gaze targets the names of the individuals who left the thing first then he reads.

He has a long moment of consideration first. Then his rich baritone rings out with annoyance in the exotic sounding drowish. "Nindol zhah ele usstan phlith l'shinduago, vith'ez rivvin lu'darthien mal'rak vith'ez klezn phor."
