A Proclamation reads:Greetings to the People of Amia,

In Celebration of the birth of Prince Valten and Princess Brynja of Barak Runedar, we are holding a Celebratory feast that shall be open to all friends and allies of Barak Runedar. There Shall be food and ale a-plenty, as well as an opportunity to welcome the young Prince and princess to the world. This Celebration shall be held in lieu of our usual council meeting and so shall take place at the same time as usual and should hopefully last for several hours.
