Captain Torrowfire, General Barshedge, and any others whom it may concern...
I would like to formally and reasonably request the removal of militia status from one "Germadge", on grounds that he is a walking abuse of power. His methods of "control" and "order keeping" are unnecessary, harsh, and rude. He shows no respect for other militia, and spends next to no time at all in the Dale himself. Upon entering the Dale, he begins barking orders and commands at everyone present, regardless of status.
The latest incident was today in the afternoon. He entered the dale brandishing his hammer, and ordered myself and another hin girl to disarm. Both the other girl and I were holding staves at the time, so I informed him firstly that I was a guard, and secondly that the last time I checked, staves were permitted to be held. If this has changed, please let me know. After repeatedly ignoring both myself and Sally, Germadge chased the girl down, stole her staff and threw it over the wall.
He is stubborn and irrational in his methods, and gives the Dale a very unfriendly and hostile appearance to guests. In my personal opinion, as well as opinions of others, this particular gnome has no place in a position of authority, and is not fit to be a guard.

I don't know of anyone by this name... he's not even on the roster of Militia...
The gloomy Willow then leaves the Dale again, heading back toward the direction of the forest.

There is a system of alarms being used by the militia around the Dale, employing horns at the first sign of danger. Please avoid using horns, particularly after a warning horn has been sounded.

To all my friends and associates within the Dale.
It is with a heavy heart that I do this, but I am wishing to give the resdents of the place I call home some fore warning.
After having tried for some little time and failed I would warn any that have contact with the snow elf Illithira Frostmaiden, to please watch your step with her.
She has proven to be hot tempered and very quick to offend, only a short while ago did she leave me for what easily could have been my death in the Frozen Wastes.
I urge you all please to be careful around her.

After a good nights rest and a few restorative potions, Bella goes back to read the note and frowns at her own spelling mistake, she careful takes out her golden quill and puts a line through the 'there' and replaces it with 'your'.
Looking once more and then nodding sadly she tucks the quill away and departs.

I leave this message to thank all my peers in the Militia, especially the former Fist, for making my time in service mostly positive. I have decided to resign from the Militia because of a few particular incidents that I won't mention. I wish the Militia the best.

She does wonder why she's getting evil looks from some folks but shrugs and walks out, loaf of bread under arm. Perhaps they are mistaking her for her sister, they do somewhat look alike...*

Days before the notice has been placed a gnome could be seen around Bendir, prodding various spots of the earth with his staff. He even tried to do so unsuspiciously inside the walls, but quickly left again after he caught the alert looks on the residents of the Dale. After the Militia shows stronger presence, the gnome no longer lingers around.

A letter written with pretty and soft letters is taken to general Nof by Riksi.
The letter reads:
Dear general Nof. Todays conversation with the others, I found that my place was not in the militia, tho I will still be guarding Bendir, not as it's guard, but as every Hins friend who live there. Militia is not for me. My life is still ahead, and adventuring and nature lure me more than settling in. And as in the conversation Brandy and other said; 'You don't need to be in the militia to protect your homes.'

Belladonna can be seen quite noticeably to stay away from the colder grounds that she would normally visit. Instead staying close to wamrer areas and around the coastal waters.
The reasons for such an unusual shift in behaviour would probably only be apparent to those who are her closest frineds. But still when she returns home to the Dale, she can often be seen talking to Bemmi, as is her want when buyng supplies, as she enquire after the Snow Elf that seems to frequent the Dale.

For the next few days after the wake up call of the town meeting, Fralla is rarely seen out and about, and when she is she remains more reserved than normal, saying few words. On the second day she could be spotted however greeting a caravan out on the nearby trade route of a few similarly clothed hin bearing several large sacks of food. For the remainder of the day she and said hin set up a checkpoint on the path below the graveyard handing out food.. apples, potatoes, sweet onions and various other fruits and vegetables to all who pass.. specifically any who leave the Dale for the safety of higher ground. When the food runs out the small group of hin can be seen in the graveyard well into the night chanting prayers and hymns. In the morning, she is alone once more, but remains in the graveyard, performing some chores to maintain its upkeep
