Which of them exists in the Amian timeline? The Edificant Library came first, and fell during the Chaos Curse, the Spirit Soaring was erected afterwards. Going from what I found in the Lore forums, the Spirit Soaring is in activity for some time, but I thought it better to ask and correct my character's bio and RP if necessary than going from assumptions.

Far as I'm aware, its incarnation as Edificant Library was in the 2nd Ed. timeline. 3rd was Spirit Soaring and 4th was Spirit Soaring having been "destroyed".
This is all roughly speaking, of course.

It does help already, meaning that the Spirit Soaring existence is the most likely. I found no difference between editions, and was going by chronology mostly.
You would think it is safe to assume then that in the Amia setting what exists is the Spirit Soaring?

Well ya, the editions also correspond to certain time periods.
But yes, I'd say Spirit Soaring is up and running atm.

Certainly Spirit Soaring. We simply include everything that happened before the noted date in the timeline (unless explicitly otherwise specified). RAS is bad and didn't specify dates, but it was published well before the end of 3e which is where we also make our transition to homebrew. The Chaos Curse was published in 1994. You should only start doubting events published around 2005 in real time.
