Just got my RDD levels in the last two days. Currently 3rd level into that PRC. My character is a Black Dragon Disciple, yet at the moment he breathes fire. How do I get this changed?

And now a question about the breath feat.

It says I can breathe 1/5 minutes.

Is that only 3/rest? Or unlimited times?

Was mucking about with the breath weapon and it seems to work fine. One thing I have with it is this:

Directly after a rest, you still have to wait 5 minutes to breath again. Wouldn't it make more sense for the 5-min timer to be reset at a rest, like spells and other special-abilities?
