REQUEST TO KEETE:

A halfling lady named Hezemel is looking for a new pair of gloves to use for fighting. She is a monk - she is looking for a pair to aid her in the next seasons of her journey as a monk. She is a semi-experienced adventurer!

((Current Gloves: +3, 1d4 acid, slashing 1d4.

Hazel is currently around level 10-11. Shes looking for new gloves from the range of 11-13))

The seasoned adventurer Libba had a most dull sword today. The Fund was able to replace it with a *shockingly* dangerous one! A good note that sometimes even the more epic adventurers can be aided by the Harlequin Adventurer Fund.

Otto Stormhand is looking for some jewelery that could improve his wizardy. He suggested rings of clear thought of the fourth tier or higher or rings of similar sorts. He is a fairly seasoned Wizard.

In addition to my last note for the folk of Town Hall, I would like to apply for the Treasurer as well!

Goal: Why, to get this shire to boom and make its way to the top across all of Amia of course!

Some things I would like to do as Treasurer:
I would love to see Bendir Dale have merchants set up their stalls again in our Shire just as they use too when I first arrived! I'd go about advertising across the isle if I had too! (and I most likely would). I would look into Town Hall's budget and see that more of it goes to events for the folk of this fine shire if granted. It is time Town Hall offers more notable services to the Community other then Militant Militia! Of course I would spend hours looking over papers, coins and all before making such bold moves. Such is only a taste to come and what I would love to do as Treasurer... and of course do the tasks of minimizing costs, maximizing profits, etc. That goes without saying.

Apologies for my scarcity good folk. The good news is that my lab is now setup and functional. Therefore I am now able to offer potions of various types to Sponsored candidates. Reasonable rates only to cover material costs are well below market rates. You may purchase empty bottles conveniently at various merchants such as Hilrash in Cordor. Bring them to me in units of no more than 10 and I will fill your order forthwith. A listing of potential offerings is forthcoming but early birds are also welcome.

Actions which demonstrate a lack of character and moral fibre will lead to a trade embargo on your miserable arse, so don't test me.

some new information regarding our stance and possibly security has come to light, which will be discussed at the meeting. Unless you absolutely cannot make it, I strongly encourage you to attend as it will likely shape the future of our Dale.

Still avoiding entering the Dale proper totally and completely, Willow does, also, still travel the outskirts almost daily.

Last eve, she would be seen looking over Merams fresh grave solemnly, with her pack behind her. The following day, she returns with a single daisy. She offers some prayers in the Hin tongue. The prayers are to Urogolan, Mystra, Yondalla and Sheela.

After her prayers, she lays the daisy in front of the tombstone and takes her leave.

Otto makes a note of the notice in his journal, and provided his memory doesn't give out further would tell other hin folk about the occasion.

Ruby returns to Bendir Dale, walking along the path from Cordor, pale and with tear stains on her cheeks, and refuses to speak to anyone as she goes, first and foremost, to the northern fields and garden. She looks over them as the tears start afresh, and then moves to touch each blooming plant and murmur over them in hin, saying goodbye and blessing them. She takes her time, moving patiently until she's touched and said goodbye to every single plant, her tears having dried until she turns to leave the fields she tended with such love and care. The tears start yet again as she shakes, turning her back on her fields and going to the Inn and her room, not even pausing to speak to Rinzi as she hurries by.

A few hours later, she leaves the Inn with a large bundle on her back, stopping only to leave two keys with Fendel and not speaking a word, Jehran and Prink her constant, sympathetic companions. She exits the Inn and goes to the Dale gates, looking up at them for a long moment before a touch on her shoulder by Jehran gets her feet moving again. As the cart to Kampos' starts trundling away, she watches Bendir slowly shrink and vanish as tears fall down her face silently one last time.

The Sheela statue in the Temple of Love goes back to its old state of being tended only by the Temple staff and is never again gaily decorated with naturally-grown Bendir Dale flowers. All of the northern fields and gardens of Bendir Dale are left untended again, with Ruby nowhere to be seen as day turns to night and into another day... and another... and another...

Though we congratulate our event planner Brandy Bramblefoot on her promotion, we are still left aching for a treasurer.

If you believe you have the credentials and will to fill this role, please send a letter to the office of Lyle Torrowfire, including your name, any experience you may have and when you would be available for an interview.

A short posting in elegant Elven script, followed by comparatively stiff Common is put up in the City Hall in an appropriate place.

The posting wrote:

I am in need of those skilled in precision work with delicate objects and precious materials to assist in the fabrication of a telescope custom design and portability. Those experienced with arcana or enchantment would be greatly helpful in the fabrication of a specialty lens to view those celestial objects obfuscated from unaided sight.

Components needed for this project would include
- Lenses ; crystalline
- Mirrors ; silver and crystalline
- Scope body ; mithril to withstand motion and weather without warping or maligning the mirrors during transit, harmonious synergy with magic

Corresponding skills to produce these components to exact specifications is of importance. The compensation is at the discretion of those tradespersons who wish to collaborate on this with reasonable negotiation. Raw materials are a matter of course, and the working and manipulation of the materials is the focus of this need.

Of less immediate importance within the context of this project is a light-weight yet stable frame which can be comfortable transported though withstand wind buffeting without jitter.

A second project requires skilled gearsmiths to assist in the fabrication of gears and cogs to be assembled according to the design that will be provided.

I have found myself interested in certain aspects of Hin history that has eluded me for some time... I would like to find a historian or loremaster of the dale willing to sit down and have a lengthy chat about your history.. perhaps call it a cultural exchange.

History of the Hin, Gnomes, Fey, or simply Bendir Dale?

I can help with Hin history, but I have yet to hear a full accounting of this town's History but I bet that Cindle has a record kept somewhere. What else could she be writing all day? Otherwise, I don't know a whole lot about Gnomes beyond a few Gond-ly tales and I don't think there is a serious fey on Toril that would sit still long enough to speak to me about their history.

This small poster finds its way up both on the Inn's noticeboard and in the Town Hall. Apparently new evacuation procedures.

In case of major, catastrophic emergency, residents are to band together and meet either in the inn's lobby or the orchard as safety and urgency permits. The militia will direct people to where they should go, as dictated either by Mayor Torrowfire, Captain Lyam, Deputy Mayor Nina or General Nof.

From there, they will be directed to Kampos, then through to Kohlingen, and finally take ship to Brogendenstein. Refugees may set up camp near Barak Runedar. Supplies for adequate temporary shelter should still be with the carts so that refugees are prepared for the trip. At least once a tenday, the wagons and supplies must be checked. Militia should also escort any evacuees.

As soon as security has lessened to a safe degree, residents will be brought home through portal magic.

This call for evacuation can ONLY by issued by Mayor Torrowfire, Deputy Mayor Nina or General Nof.

Please commit these procedures to memory.

People of Bendir Dale,

I am a cleric of the Moon as ye may know in addition to your mayor. I know there have been a few rumors about my nature from those residents who know of the Moon Maiden and what she stands for. I've decided to finally be completely blunt and open about this.

I'm a lycanthrope. I have long established control over myself and I feel that this part of me is nothing to be ashamed of, and thus I share it with the public.
