A poster is put up in the Town Hall and the Hin Inn, written in CommonDear Friends and Residents of the Dale,
We, the Dale, has one of the richest soils on the island and are blessed with skilled members of all professions whether it be a baker, orcharder, farmer, miller, fisher, or a gardener. It is time we pull our talents blessed by the Mother and Her Children to bring prosperity to the Dale. I, Laurel Beestinger, will be leading the efforts to set up our own merchant stall in the Northern part of the Dale to sell our produce to our friends and neighbors.
Please come see me if you have any produce that you would like to donate to our initial stock. Today, a man claiming to love blood, carnage, and booze, was in the town proper. He was drinking heavily, and carrying the severed head of an orc, on his belt. He reveled in carving out the eyes, and fondling them, before all the visitors in the area. He was told to leave by myself, and miss Laurel, and finally did, after some enforcements were made. He stood outside and loitered, but left, after I reminded those present, of the clearly posted sign.

Sorry if this seems a bit overdramatic, However I could find no other authority to tell this to. The head of militia was not around and so I posted this here for them to see. I, Reishi Kageutsu, Was out hunting just past Binder Dale in the troll caves.. Just inside the door I found a Basilisk and a Dryder. I found this news to important for me to judge myself and thought it important enough to leave a message for the dale. I hope this letter reaches the right hands and precaution is taken as needed.

 Unknown Cyricist Male - Came into the Dale repeatedly wearing the symbol of Cyric. Refused to leave at first, claiming to not know what the symbol means. He appears to be human, wearing light brownish armor. He continued to undermine authorities and expected the guards to be fooled by simply cutting out the symbol of Prince of Lies.

The old report of the same man has been taking out of the tray to be replaced with a new report. Still written in Hin. Unknown Bald Human Male - Came into the Dale repeatedly wearing the symbol of Cyric last cycle. While he initially argued with the authorities and claimed that he had nothing to do with Cyric, he was asked to leave based on the fact Cyric is the Prince of Lies. He later came to defend himself this cycle, pleading his case once more. I told him he can be allowed into the Dale on a temporary basis on good faith that he is not a Cyricist. Please keep all eyes out for any suspicious behavior regarding this man. He appears to be a tan human, looking to be in his late twenties. He carries a sword, possibly bastard. He seems tall and lean, though muscular at the same time. He is also bald. - Laurel Beestinger

Recently Godo the goblin was seen attempting to rob from people at the bridge east of your town near the orchard. In addition an unknown fey was in front of the gates dominating several people and making them harass others around them.

//sorry I haven't been on much, been busy with RL, hence the dropping out of the race. To add my 2 cents, if the voting is already closed, a debate would be pointless at this stage. If voting is still permitted than I could see the debate as a last chance to sway those voters unsure of what to do. If you really would like to have a debate however, may I suggest a virtual debate maybe? Citizens can sumbit a bank of questions to be answered by each candidate. Each candidate could then submit their responses (In a PM to Gunz I'm assuming) to be posted all at once and reformatted into a debate format FORMAT EXAMPLE wrote: Question #1: Blah blah blah.
Candidate #1 Answer: Blah blah blah
Candidate #2 Answer: Blah blah blah
Question #2: Blah blah blah.
Candidate #1 Answer: Blah blah blah
Candidate #2 Answer: Blah blah blah
and so on... Figured this may be the only feasable option that allows everyone to participate without dealing with any timezone issues. Just a thought if you guys are determined to have a debate. GOOD LUCK to the candidates, btw.

John Swampwood - Self-proclaimed adventurer and a drunkard. Reported previously by Crow for head mangling inside the Dale and harassing visitors for their eye balls. This man either carries a magical talking sword, or is a ventriloquist. He has changed his attire since his last visit. Human with black hair and facial hair. Wears a black refined suit and a cloak with symbol of Velsharoon. Today, I had to remove a Hin named Yufie off Bendir Dale Lands by Force, I told her to remove herself several times before raising my blade, she repeatedly refused and told me "This was her home as well" it eventually escalated, I left her half alive on the other side of the hill.

A large skeleton with a sword in it's right hand was seen in the Dale today inside the gates. A hin named Yufie was seen inside the gates at about the same point in time. At my command the skeleton vanished though at the time I had no idea who had summoned it, nor the identity of this "Yufie".
At a later time, this Yufie was again inside the gates and I was informed by a citizen (Laurel) that she had been banned. I then demanded Yufie make her exit from the area. She complied after some perfunctory complaints about the law, her ban, and the Mayor. She stood near the cartmen for some few minutes but was soon gone. No blows were exchanged.
Recommend the guardsmen at the gates be given an accurate drawing of her to prevent future entry.

Couple days back I came upon that John Swampwood fella all bloodied and barely livin. Some other human fella was ranting and raving about his healing skills and how he will help him instead of me and Laurel takin him to them Salandrans. The whole time this fella was cursing and defiling the name of all Hin. Gave the bugger plenty of chances but he kept on pushin, he gave one last curse word before trying to jump cart...I showed great restraint and discipline by not smashin this fella straight into the ground, just gave the mouthy bastard a couple knowledge bumps. Didn't catch his name but apparently the Dale has had problems with this one in the past. Here be a short description.
*Kente* black haired human with some scruffy beard, wearing dark pants with an open shirt, also dark or black in color. Was told that he is a shapechanger by Laurel, she may be able to add to this as well.

Also:
Breazy told me of a Banite in the frontier, I patrolled south to Cordor, and found an altar made up to Bane, just north of the city, which I destroyed. Saw no one on the way, came back, and went to the forest.
I trailed Jacia, a Triadic Knight, north from the forest and found a battle sight, outside of the Shrine. Jud'vardas took a blood sample, and scried with no results. I went to Kohlingen to check on her, and found her dead in the portal room. Upon her Raising, she told of the mage that attacked her with his dragon summon. He had a symbol of Bane upon the robes he was wearing.
Also, an elven female was found passed out by the bridge gate. She told of two males, a human, and elf druid, both Malarites. The human seemed to defer to the elf, and called him Czun. They were hunting Eillistraeens, by their own admission, and attacked her with no provocation. The elf druid was wearing worn clothing and carried a staff and shield.
Captain Neveah and I, with some help by Audrey, searched the area, then took the female to Winya, as it was likely she had a concussion.
We came across someone who found another altar to Bane, just south of Minmir Bridge, which she had destroyed.

Written in him and stored in the locked reports box. Lilith (White-kin Palemaster), Raiyen Banthan (Former Horseman/Necromancer) & Ayndmor (Shadowdancer) - Attempted to sacrifice a lass named Alvor near Kampo's Storehouse, leading to the cliff village. A man named Idris yi-Calimport came to the Dale seeking assistance to free the lass from being sacrificed by the White kin abomination, her nephew, and the shadowdancer. Miss Silgara, Cassie, and others were quickly dispatched to Kampo's to stop Lilith and successfully rescued the lass and escorted her back inside the Dale walls. Later, Miss Silgara was taunted by an ice mephit, which she quickly took down. The ice mephit is believed to belong to Lilith, though we are not certain. It could belong to Max as well, mentioned below. This mephit was dispatched twice, according to Miss Silgara. Lilith, Raiyen, Ayndmor, and a blackguard came back to the Dale, demanding those that defeated Lilith to come outside. Miss Silgara and Cassie quickly defeated Lilith. Her cohorts fled, though Colin, the blackguard, did later return in his attempt to drag away Lilith's body. He too was quickly dispatched by Miss Silgara, Cassie, and the two Archdruidesses. Raiyen's pseudodragon, Barta, was watching the scene the entire time and is believed to have help recovere the corpse of Lilith and Colin afterwards from where they were buried. Ayndmor, the shadowdancer, wears black and red with a shadowhood, using two rapiers according to the reports. Colin and Max Moriaty - Witnessed at the scene described above. Colin has been confirmed to be the same man I reported previously as a Cyricist. He has been seen with a succubus and confirmed to be a blackguard. Max Moriaty, his brother, was also at the scene involving Lilith. Witnesses confirm they had seen him speaking with her directly along with Colin, though similar to Raiyen, Max himself did not join in the fight with Lilith, nor did he aid us in our efforts to remove Lilith. Colin on the other hand was actively engaged in assisting Lilith, by trying to take her corpse away from Miss Silgara, Cassie, and the two Archdruidesses. Colin Moriaty is the same man I reported earlier as a Bald Cyricist. Max Moriaty, his brother, is a mage, mustache, also wearing black and red colors like Ayndmor, carrying a red tipped staff. Kehurin So'Anurith - Banite mage responsible for the recent troubles involving the altars. He wears his Banite robes, with the symbol of Bane clearly visable. He is known to summon a red dragon, wields a white staff, and traditional black, grey and green robes of the Banite Church. It is my recommendation to ban Colin Moriaty, previously reported as a Cyricist, on a basis that he is a blackguard capable of summoning a succubus that aided Lilith. His behavior is entirely consistent with Cyric's followers and we have no reason to believe otherwise. Given their actions, I believe all members mentioned above (Raiyen, Max, and Ayndmor) should also be banned for causing trouble in Dale lands, only to flee away from our gates to fight in the frontier. It does not change the fact they were all causing at ruckus at our gates, knowing we were protecting a woman they tried to sacrifice. Kehurin So'Anurith will needed to be added to the Banite section, as he is not on our current list. - Laurel Beestinger

There was an altercation between three people today. On one side was a large reddish half-orc with strange writing on his armor. On the other a man (presumably) covered under the stoney skin spell and a woman of dark skin and sandy-colored clothing.
The man and woman claimed the half-orc destroyed their campsite and harassed them, which the half-orc denied. The half-orc claimed the other two were harassing him and chasing him,which they denied.
I asked them to either come to a peaceful resolution or remove themselves. The man and the woman decided to leave while the half-orc started acting like he had won something. Thankfully, he left soon after.
