When Mania comes across this particular posting, she takes a moment to eye it critically. Then, with the almost everpresent scowl on her face considerably deepened, she enters the Temple of Velsharoon. Once inside, she makes a beeline for Ramin Marinna, to question him on whether or not The Voice approved such a request.

Mania has a silent observer for the exchange, as Luca listens from the shadows.
Ramin grows a faint scowl of his own when Mania comes up to question him,
"I would not have seen to the posting otherwise." As he speaks, he calmly withdraws a scroll from the folds of his robes, passing it to Mania for inspection.
As he watches her read, Mania would find that he does indeed have the Voice's permission to offer individuals in good standing with the city compensation for the materials Ramin seeks for his work. It does not go into any detail as to what the work is however.
"Your diligence in this matter is commendable." He says simply, though you can practically hear the unspoken 'I suppose' on the end of his remark.

Vargul sighted the scribed request, carefully reading it. She then made her way towards the temple and inside, whispering to herself, out of a frequent habit now, though she was quite alone for a moment. Upon reaching the man, she would ask why such a material, what for, and if there was a specific kind of corpse required.
"I seek a variety, though I suspect that human remains will be the most readily available," his disinterest in the very general questions is apparent. However he then seems to concider a new thought,
"I may be persuaded to offer additional boons to those who bring me particularily creative examples of the dead. They must have been previously interred however for a number of years. Simply going out and killing something will not suffice." Again, the unspoken addition to his statement, 'or impress' could clearly be heard in his tone of voice.
