Where can surfacers get their tattoo colors changed since there is no more buxom dwarven lass to do this in Kampo's?

Well I would ask any NPC's I come across, but we are not permitted to assume whatever answer they would give. And, my PC has no tattoo, it's just for the visual of the eye and lips colors which are not the same correponding numbers on my new head model.

I understand the Find out IC, but sometimes things are too common knowledge to be under such a secrecy.

I don't really think the knowledge of the tattoo artist in the area he/she is in would be common knowledge to most NPC's honestly.. but DMs decide what they do and don't know/tell

Well, it is not like it was going to have such an impact on anyone or anything at all. And, tattoo artists in such a setting are moreso an anachronism in my opinion, but heh. That's just me maybe...

I gave it to you in a spoiler tag in the first reply. and the reason I didnt say find out IC because tattoo artists do not change your eye color, its an ooc thing with that.

Yes, I saw it. And yes, that is a bit my point. Along with the armor colors... Everyone can just go about and craft their armor to the desired color... If we wanted it to be realistic, we should have dyes for that. But I don't want to get on a debate about this and that, I just want my elf's eyes to be silver and her lips not to... Go find that out IC now.

"Nay, just that I changed heads and now my eyes and lips got mixed... So yeah"

there actually used to be dye merchants scattered around, and to get the cool pitch black/ pure white / gold colors you'd have to find each different one for metal/leather/cloth in hunting areas.

Then ask a DM. We can do it.

Well, I remember asking Bobo when he changed the head of Nabeeha for tattoo color changes, and he told me he couldn't do it. So when I saw Lormil's colors were messed, I wanted to find a tattoo artist. I just tought that losing 200 gold pieces was less trouble than going through a Leto request and wasting a DM's time they could invest in anything else more important than just a color no one else but the player does notice...

They can do it in-game, there's a speshul command for it.

It takes literally 5 seconds, if you have your color number on hand.

I have the same problem of having recently fixed my head...and now my character has green lips! I've been asking around ICly about a tattoo artist. So this wont actually allow me to swap my tattoo colors?

Sure it will. The tattoo artist NPC will ask you which tattoo you want to recolor (tattoo 1 or 2), and then ask you to /shout the color number you want to change to, and then charge you a bit of gold. It's pretty simple, in practice.

Just get yourself captured by drow. They will be more than happy to tattoo you... among other things.
