A notice, written by a scribes hand contains a short message that follows:

"A buyer who wishes to remain anonymous, seeks a scabbard of irregular length that is worthy of stowing a Great Sword of fine craft. The leather-worker, blacksmith, or contributor who deems themselves capable of meeting the buyer's needs will be paid an appropriate amount for their efforts. Contactable name or location is required in the sections marked below in this notice for the use of arranging an exchange, either will be sufficient means for the buyer to locate you."
