The following notices are sent to those on a need to know basis: the names on the sheets themselves, the Vanguard personnel and their accompanying militia, the Herald of Vigilance, the Matrons and surprisingly Ul'ath'tallar Widow.
It seems the reactions of the populace to recent events, as well as the recent events themselves have caused a few changes to the original lists.

To those who do not know already, you will be briefed of each assigned group's duty closer to the time. These rosters may also change pending the flow of battle: be prepared for last second retaskings.
For the Vanguard Militia personnel, and volunteers, you will be tasked to your designated stations by the Herald of Vigilance. ((ie DMs control the NPCs.))
