What human subrace is predominant that dwells in Cordor? Was curious and thinking of making a local Char to rp at the Broken Arrow Inn if welcomed.

Lesbian. (It's ok Ninja, I'll make the stupid joke for you. ) But seriously now, folks. I imagine "native" Cordor would be full of Northmen and Illuskans, neither of which is represented by a subrace available in game. But Cordor is a city of commerce and trade, and it's plausible to place a member of just about any ethnicity there. I'd say either take Bini's advice and go with plain human to represent a native, or just go with whatever you feel like playing, and be one of the city's many, many immigrants.

It's a melting pot of all the other races. Heinz 57. It's not a race. Just a mutt dog.

I'd also read up a bit of Cordor lore before making a character. Remember, Cordorians despise adventurers with a fury!

It might be a bit outdated, but see here: Rules & Lore > Lore > Geography of Amia/Forgotten Realms > Places on the Island > Cordor wrote: Population: 29,204 (humans 67%, dwarves 8%, half-elves 7%, elves 6%, hin 3%, gnomes 3%, mixed 6%)

The plague hit the elven population rather hard, as I understand.
One thing I don't think is quite emphasized enough is that a very large percentage of people in Cordor at any given time are non-citizens. It's primarily a trade port with very little industry of its own (though that has probably changed in the past few years and is changing at the moment). What do the population experts in the DM team estimate the ratio of citizen to foreigner to be? Depending on the season, surely at least an average of 30% of people aren't locals?
