Level one and two don't get included in the price.

It was a fairly recent change, so you probably got the 15 DC one in before we implemented it.

So is it rounded up or down if you wanted to level an uneven number? o:

Which means to go get that next level before the rebuild so you actually get what you paid for.

Is there a list anywhere of the different horns available to be added to a character. I swear I saw one before...

My memory wants to tell me there was a post in a update preview thread before they were added in that had at least most of the horns. Whether that thread or picture is still around somewhere, though, I haven't been able to confirm, and not able to clarify if that was indeed where my memory wants to say I saw them.

We all know (maybe) that potions vs dispel is based on either character level or spellcaster level (ie a level 30 fighter's potion effects are immune to Greater Dispel but a level 29 fighter/1 bard is going to get dispelled all day long), but what about scrolls? Is their CL vs dispel the level of the scroll?

Potions, scrolls, and wands are all treated the same in that instance.

This question is both mechanical and RP-based.

Immunity to Poison - in this case, specifically from Diamond Body - grants immunity to intoxication via drugs and alcohol, right?

That's the general consensus, yeah. Although you could argue that alcohol isn't a poison in the traditional D&D sense, so I'd leave it down to individual judgement. This isn't the sort of thing that should be set in stone, if you ask me.

Technically, yes, because a poison is defined as "A substance that inhibits another substance or a reaction". In a small enough dose, any toxin, chemical or even natural element (nitrogen, oxygen, etc) is harmless, but in a high enough dose it is considered a poison. In an ascetic's case, the body is inured to the negative chemical changes brought on by the introduction of a potent chemical, in this case, inebriation by alcohol. It makes Mathus sad, especially when he considers that he's now had two chances to enjoy being drunk, and missed them both...

Wouldn't his AMF suppress his Diamond Body, allowing him to get drunk? Alright sure, as soon as he loses concentration or whatever the field goes and the ability returns, but immunity isn't applied retroactively. The damage is done, it just stops getting worse!

In theory... couldn't you make a DEX monk with Ambidex, TWF, Imp TWF, focused in the quarterstaff .... then get Monkey Grip and dual-wield them? Would that actually work? Would that mean while hasted you would get the 10 APR like with dual kamas?

I think that depends if quarterstaff has an off-hand animation, which I do not think it would.

Lols. I dont think you can dual wield monkey grip because there is no animation for holding the large weapons in the off hand.

You could with a small-sized character I think, yes? Dual-wield medium-sized, I mean. I'm not sure how Monkeygrip works, so...

You would end up with like a -12 penalty in the offhand or some crap! Quarterstaff is a weapon because of how its used requires two hands.

A greataxe can easily be imagined being swung with a truly powerful creature with one hand. But a quarterstaff is spun about and rotated and flipped durations from its center or wherever the character has chosen as its pivot and "fulcrum" at any given time. This requires two hands.

Let's say I have a creature with the Human male skin, summoned with the Generic Summoner widget. If I wanted him to wear, say, another armour (assuming I'd requested that he wear one [for aesthetic reasons, mind] in the first place), would I need to request a reskin for him? I'm fairly sure you can't just access your summon's inventory (in-game) in any way to swap their items, but I ask just to be certain.

I would just pick normal human over Tuigan. You can google "Mongolian" and "Japanese" in search. I don't think they share similar ethnic features but they certainly don't share a similar culture. "Race" in Faerun is not just genetics, but also cultural. I don't know if growing up in Kozakura would result you the similar stat and feat as growing up in Tuigan.

I'm thinking plain human best represents it, since Shou and Kozakuran people would be similar, but definitely different to Tuigan.

If it were to exist, what would a spell that served as the functional opposite (ie., defensive) of Holy Sword be?

Holy Shield, sure. What would its general appearance and function be? Like a Divine Armor, but applicable to only a shield, with +5 AC vs Evil, Spell Resistance, and Damage Reduction vs Evil for rounds/level?

If a weapon has 1d* physical damage (like the epics) can you mythal on elemental damage? And, then, can you use Flame Weapon to add more elemental damage? Or does the system not allow all of that on a weapon? I thought I heard mythalling elemental damage will remove the physical damage, but I'm not sure.

But here's the post in question. I can get the numbers, too, if you need them. The selection is huge, I know.

If I'm making a subrace character with a lot of ability modificatins upon activation, how does it factor? For instance, if I'm making a drow initially using the elf with the word drow in the subrace heading, does the +2 DEX from the elf race get another +2 on top of that when the subrace is activated, and as for the +2 INT and +2 CHA, I'm not entirely sure about that either, but I assume they just get added since the initial race doesn't get any modifications.

To make it easier for me, if I'm wanting to make a drow with the following stats....what would I need to put the attributes at before I activate the subrace?

STR: 18
DEX: 13
INT: 14
CON: 13

Unless the flame weapon effect is the same as the inherent elemental damage effect.

When was it implemented that "Osiris has no domain over Amia"? I've set up idols to him in kohlingen in the refugee area in the past (08/04/13). With that am I right that my cleric should not have divine powers or spells since Osiris couldn't care about those in Amia?

Dragon Disciple Question here

Is there a list that says what immunities and what breath weapon is used in Amia?

I was gonna go with silver but NWNWiki has sliver's having both a paralize and a cold breath weapon and immunities to both cold and acid, which ones does Amia use?

It's fairly self-explanatory. White dragons are immune to cold and have a cold breath weapon. Both chromatics and metallics have elemental breath weapons only. No non-lethal breathes.

Silver dragons are a bit unique in that they resist both acid and cold in PnP, though in Amia's case, it's just cold. For the other dragons, they resist their associated element.

Just to point out this question is left half answered. I asked regarding mythaling elemental damage to an epic 1d physical weapon. The answer I was given was that the elemental damage will over write the physical.
