Is there any god or diety out there who's goal is solely to creat disharmony and chaos in the world? Like everywhere there was symmetry and order this god would try put things in disarray and confusion, if there was a perfect circle it'd try to bend it and distort it. Sorta like a perfectionist with OCD but the other way around I know Cyric but it feels like Cyric is more focused on hatred and deception than just pure chaos itself.

Talos or Garagos are good candidates. Though it wouldn't be beyond a follower of Ghaunadaur to have a similar philosophy, simply because his mind is so alien and what he sees as perfect may very well be what normal people would see as imperfect. The Slaad Lords might be another possibility, as they are the very embodiment of Chaos, but the Lords are not necessarily divine beings. A cultist dedicated to them is still possible, though.

In 2e the Slaadi had some gods but I don't know their names without looking it up.
You could also consider some Abyssal lords turned divine like Demorgorgon (sp), Baphomet, Yeenoghu or Grazz't. Might not be their sole objective but I am fairly sure they wouldn't mind it.

Try a Cyrist who still thinks he or she worships Leira.

I am not sure if the Slaad Lords can grant full levels of cleric spells, but I don't see why you could not request a cultist that gets some power from them. It's no different from a Blackguard (who could be an aberration cultist or a fiend-worshiper with no obvious divine affiliation, too), but the Slaadi aren't evil so it doesn't automatically work.
But no, there isn't a deity exactly like you're looking for in the non-monster Faerûnian pantheons. Leira might work as the goddess of lies (you could request to play a cleric trying to resurrect her, believing her "death" was just another lie), and Shar is another, if overtly evil, option.. From my Oghmanyte perspective of equating order and goodness to words and understanding, they are the greatest enemies of universal harmony. Both have agendas beyond just causing disharmony, though.

I requested exactly that a few years ago, a BG-flavored pact with the Slaad Lords. The conclusion presented to me then was that if they could grant powers, it is highly unlikely that they would, and would more likely end up killing/eating whoever approached them looking for such a deal. Or just ignore them. Or maybe grant them powers for 1.2345 hours, then take them away and turn you into a slug. In other words, too fickle to count on for powers. Not saying that I completely buy that, simply stating what was stated to me in response to my would-be Chaos Prince of Renbuu. Though, I guess Knight of the Weave ended up being pretty cool too. You could still have a cultist as in a layperson who was devoted to them, I imagine. Could very well be a delusional sorcerer who thinks their powers are being granted by one of the Slaad Lords. Maybe he thinks he is a slaad, sent to Toril to spread Chaos in preparation for the coming of his master(s).

That presupposes there needs to be some kind of an explicit contract they must honor, though. Which, frankly, is just lacking imagination. It might very well be you can draw power from their name alone, through knowing their nature and/or having some kind of material focus related to them. If even an Ur-Priest is possible, it is not difficult to imagine drawing some enthropic energy from Limbo and its lords - who are not gods anyway and probably don't even remember to monitor who wields a piece of their power and how. It is magic and planar mumbo-jumbo. You could come up with pretty much any explanation, and the job of the DMs is to work with you so you get to play your fantasy character.
If nothing else, you could be a Warlock or Sorcerer or Slaad ancestry/affiliation, summoning Slaadi and sowing Confusion and other cool spells around. If the frogs won't work with you willingly, you might as well capture them and unleash them on the world.
There are other interesting pacts for 4e Warlocks, like the Star Pact with some entity from the Far Realm which gives you secrets that drive your enemies insane, or a Fey Pact with some chaotic trickster fey.

Well, if we're bringing the far realm into it, may as well bring in the outlands and just toss Eris in there.

Thanks guys! The slaads are really interesting and some of the links got me to the Xaosmen, who are not really divine worshippers, but a people who are 100% devoted to chaos and randomness. So far i think its leaning towards some "slightly" insane cyricist.
I actually did find a god that was exactly as i wanted it to be called Discord, but it turned out that god was a villain from my little pony haha.

Something to keep in mind, unless you absolutely want to play a Cleric of mechanical reasons, is that characters need not be defined by their religious affiliation. You don't need an ideologically matching patron deity to be a fanatic of your cause. And that's not to say you need to be "faithless" either - it just means that some random madman with a vision does not necessarily model their life around faith to a deity.

Iron's right. Unless this PC is a cleric, I really wouldn't sweat the deity angle at all. Could just be an evil bard, for example, who is firm in his or her belief that chaos is the stuff of pure creation and progress and any kind of order is like sticking a wad of gum in clock gears, and thus speaks sedition and discord to their fullest effect.

I was thinking of making a blackguard though with a very chaotic approach to things. He might come up and threaten to smash your mouth in because you got perfect teeth but then all the sudden perhaps give you some food or a flower instead and walk away, just to maintain the chaos of his own actions.
What i've read so far blackguards doesnt need to have their actions following a strict code after a diety's dogma, so I guess it would work?

Not only would it work, but it makes a chaotically-aligned abyssal pact all the more possible in the blackguard's quest for power.

Slaad are not organized enough for religion. They do however squawk and flee from the Slaad Lord of Entropy, whom they serve too. He is the strongest Slaad, which is the closest they have to a god. Apparently he carries a scythe and rides an ancient brass dragon.

You could try Tharizdun (ancient sealed god of madness and entropy), although he's of dubious canon status on Amia. He existed in a few splatbooks as an optional god (Complete Divine, Lords of Madness) in the edition we use for the server, but seems to have only later been added to Forgotten Realms canon in 4th edition. Not sure what the policy is on that one, and my money is on a big fat 'no'.

4e Added = no, so you'd win there if anyone betted against you Murkoph.
Though you can make a crazed cultist without any clerical level easily and follower whatever god you wish like IA said. You could even get answers from your god if he/she doesn't excist and you and your cult grow in strenght (Imagine some demon lord taking an interest and decides to use for his/ her own ends - that would be rather awesome I think.)
I am not sure if Slaadi are incapable of religion, they certainly are incapable of organized religion. Then again, Slaadi being so chaotic it's hard to assume anything of them. Their attitude of anyone stronger has a right to bully them has traces of religion in it as they no doubt believe their gods to be the strongest. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some ancient powerfull Black Slaadi with clerical spells guarding holy sites in Limbo, just to throw all expectations of once again.

Not sure what the policy is on that one, and my money is on a big fat 'no'. Tharizdun is Grayhawk, and the driving force behind the temple of elemental evil. To bad though, he's a cool cthulhu type and I'd love to see some cults pop up.

Lolth and Ghaunadaur in the Underdark context are both evil and chaotic deities.
The Drow in general are a highly chaotic species and in Lolth-dominant cities Lolth herself encourages such behaviour. But, one can argue that Lolth has an agenda behind the Chaos rather then just promoting it for Chaos' sake. Although she encourages Drow society down the path of unsustainable self-destruction, she also actively prevents Drow society from destroying itself. Whether that is purely deliberate to intentionally make the Drow stronger as a species or because Lolth is truly mad and takes enjoyment in the paranoia and fear of her creations, I'm unsure... but she has an agenda to her madness.
Ghaunadaur's motives on the other hand are even more enigmatic then Lolth's: he is just as likely to reward a follower as to consume them for their efforts. He is also just as likely to reward someone for lip servicing loyalty to him as to neglect the most zealous of his followers in their greatest time of need. But again, despite being temperamental and enigmatic in his motives, Ghaunadaur doesn't promote chaos simply for chaos' sake.
Both fulfill the requirements of the original request however in their own way.
