It's not difficult. As I tell anyone who asks I've taught myself how to do all of this from tutorials on the interwebs and from a ridiculous amount of experimentation. As a note, I would still love some help from anyone willing to help slice up pictures to make .plt files. It's an easy part of the process but takes a lot of time, and I'd much rather be spending that time working on the models themselves.

Could take you up on that offer once my real life schedules clear out. Really interested of how to make clothes.

Four brand-new shield appearances in every size category from the big honkin' tower shields (A dorf tower is pretty much a big circle, they're squarish folk) down to bucklers.

I enjoy those shields so much. Dwarves needed some love. That orange moradin shield was cool but these are wonderful.

On another note I may take you up on that call for help with some stuff when my work schedule clears up a bit. I would rather like to actually contribute to the module.

One more shield done, this one was a complete bear to create the model for but I think it was worth it.

Is that a blackguard shield from Warhammer Online? My first thought was PRAISE TZEENTCH but after looking closer, i think its Dark Elven. Love it either way. <3

Yes, I see the weird color botch on the red one, already fixed it.

Added a few varieties of the dragonskin-looking shield, figured people wouldn't want just red.

Dunno why I didn't think of this first.

New kilts, no upper torso replacing.

I expect dorfy kilts everywhere now.

I might make a dwarf, just so I can pull off that appearance.

You know those animal furs we have which have the animal head on the charas head and the pelt draped over the shoulder?

Do you think it would be possible to make a version of each of those without the animal heads and just the pelts that are draped over the shoulders and down over the back?

I feel that would be pretty cool and far more "realistic" as people with pelts rarely left the heads on and mostly just draped pelts over their shoulders and back for warmth. Meant as an additional thing though of course, I know a lot of people like the heads attached too.

Anyways, just a though. Would be a cool addition, were it possible.

Love the shields w/ skulls and bones and such. I hope they're tower, and not just large, because if not, I will probably cry.

Afraid I can't promise they'll go in, I'm only submitting stuff for approval. I have no control over whether they get rejected or not. Yes, they are tower.

Pelts are somewhere on the list, though they won't track as well as existing pelts since they'll likely be in the neck slot as opposed to our present robe slot ones.

I forget if you answered this already, and I couldn't find it in the thread. Are these going to be compatable with the additional combat animations we optionally use? Because that would be sweet action.

They should be, though they're only tested with standard animations. Some of them have voids in the mesh in places that don't normally show, and alternate animations may expose that. Unfortunately, the voids aren't really removeable without a massive mesh rework, so I hide them the best I can.

Hey, as long as they don't make the character become disembodied from their outfit like some of the additional content ones we already use, I'm happy. No floating heads, please.

Spending some time and redoing some of the basic staff appearances. These will not overwrite. Lower poly than several of our current appearances, and not as ridiculously oversized.

Really didn't like the default design on this one, kept the fireflies but overhauled everything else to a more naturey-druidic theme.

If not, given its bludgeoning energy potential, would you recommend an adamantine version for a dwarf cleric of Clangeddin?

The left hand won't be held in the same way, so it's main hand only. I also don't advise attacking with it as it is a rigid model and would look very stupid when swung.

It would have to be an incense burner in the shape of a axe. :twisted:

Single robe appearance. Parts will not flex like that.

New censer appearances. Skull with a dripping blood vfx and a spider onna ball. Non-spider balls will be available as well.

Will these awesome robe-armors be compatible with the ACP? For instance, my female toon uses warrior style so she doesn't walk like a skank, but most robes aren't compatible with it (broken animations).
