I don't think the other one has been discussed enough to have a stance for certain, but I imagine it's either no, or very specific, special situations/requests.

Recently I noticed that crafted hooded cloaks and Masked cloaks become non-transferable after you activate them once. Is this intentional, or is it a bug?

It is intentional. When you activate the cloak it is set to your PCs head number, so when you un/equip, it changes between two head models.
It's also unhygienic to wear someone else's clothes, so there's that.

I think it's based off of tattoo colour (if the wing is one that allows such, only some do)

What happened to the giant building in Cordor Central? It's sort of just 'up and disappeared'.

Does anyone remember where you can find PnP information on how non-casters can learn spells? I seem to remember there are a couple of famous FR personalities that aren't necessarily casters, but sort of "picked up" spells along the way which aren't Supernatural Abilities either. I found the part about stolen Wizard spellbooks, but that's not what I'm looking for.

No, I'm familiar with both of those, though Ritual magic is probably a good enough answer as any. I thought I recalled seeing entries where it was like "oh, and he knows how to cast See Invisibility x2 a day, because he's badass." It may have been from an item or something or maybe a different setting, I guess. Either way, thanks.

Hello All.
Spoke to Kobra yesterday about monk gloves having paladin enchantments not going on (So far tested deafening clang and Bless weapon) and word is around that its going to be fixed hopefully soonish.
Does GMW and flame weapon work on gloves still?

You'll need to install the hacks in each module you use separately, kinda like how you load the hacks on the tool set

Every monster model is available to see in a creature's appearance box. Right-click, go to properties and it'll be in there somewhere. Just need to scroll through 200+ monsters.

I've gone through the creature appearance list three or four times now. I'm pretty sure I'm not missing them... come to think of it, I haven't seen any dino models in there either. Maybe I have the haks set up wrong. These are the haks I have loaded up.

Am I missing anything?

Order might matter. I was told to load them like this:
amia_v3a_top2 amia_v3d_top amia_v3_plc amia_v3_music amia_v3_override amia_v3_skyboxes amia_v3b_a amia_v3b_b amia_v3b_c amia_v3b_d

I've only seen two dinosaur models though (T-rex and apatosarus).

Positive Energy. Would that fall under Necromancy, or Conjuration?

Positive energy does not fall under a school. It is form of energy that can be used to create Conjuration, sub-school healing spells or even used for evocation spells. It really depends upon how the form is used and to what purposes. It has potential to be attacking force and healing. For example: My custom spell is conjuration creation with small positive damage input in it, it creates a sphere that pulses the energy as a damaging force.

Question on Elven marriage and succession.....
Ok... If you have two elves, and they marry, first... do they even change their names? Second, if they do, does the male take the female's name or the female take the male's, or.. is it up to the individuals?
Second. Nobility succession. I have seen it said on the forum somewhere that a male noble, last of his house, if he were to marry a female noble, would then become part of her house? This would lead me to believe that even though Elven society is neither patriarchal nor matriarchal as anyone can rule, the succession of nobility is through females.
Can anyone clear this up please?
It does affect the backstory of my character and her sister as well!

As for the marriage bit at least, yes, that's true. Elven society is one of equals in terms of gender. A male of a weaker house would be absorbed into the female's stronger house and vice-versa.
As for naming, it's up to the elves I think. I've not found any naming traditions in my readings. They probably would change the names if they're marrying into nobility though.

As Corbie said, equal genders, and power of the House decides to which House the noble couple go to. If not agreed differently by Elders, which would be special cases, I do believe they can make those decisions at times. A commoner would have to take the House name, partly I think it would be enforced by Elder, and even if they kept their own name as like "Durothil-Vannes" the children would still belong to the noble House. Expect in special cases, such as the Amarillis and Durothils having been married in Evermeet: Island of the Elves. If a commoner would not take the noble House surname, I do think it could be seen as an insult towards the noble House, as if stating "My family history and name is more than yours". For example: House who has one member left with ability to produce new children, their Elder and House would most likely ensure that the fertile person is married so that it ensured their Houses lineage. Whether it is done via negotiation with equal level House or marrying the person with a member of a lesser House.
In elven culture, the noble Houses can track their history to distant times, some more than others of course. But this track of history and length of existence has made them into the noble houses. The history, known artifacts, people and their deeds are what creates partly the power a noble House has and how it is viewed. A house that was powerful but foolishly had all its members die through known danger such as moonblade, would lose its respect among other Houses. This is my understanding of it, but someone correct me if I am wrong.

There is a different design, which is disabled along with some of the other new weapon appearances that came along with the latest hak. I assume this is because the new appearances look nothing like their original weapon, and require a request to use as a substitute.

Note how the vfx floats a bit below the claws on the right hand.

I'd just like to point it out that negative energy does not fall under a school, either, in a similar manner as Magiros explained in their own post. Negative energy is used for necromancy but as an energy it has multiple forms and purposes.

What is the standings of DMs in PCs training NPCs?
Would Elwyn, a 16th level weapon master focused in the Longsword, be incapable of training anyone who doesn't use a longsword themselves?

Ask any DM and they will find you the most twisted one among themselves to see that your blackguard will know fear of leaving the pact. I know for a fact that slkNihilius always gets my character into trouble between choices in life. Anyhow, with the the DM's we have, I doubt you will have any trouble of getting your character into deep trouble and interesting pact offers.

When brewing potions is there no way to bulk craft? Do I have to actually cast each spell 10 times, resting and waiting 15 minutes to cast however many times I can again?

Sort of! However the Arena in Cordor West allows unlimited resting (like in the entry rooms of the servers), and so does any week/month housing (ie not the ones that say you pay X gold to use it until reset). There's another couple of places like that, but I can't recall where.

I don't think that the free-to-rest area of Cordor arena is supposed to be used for fast potion brewing.

If we weren't allowed to use free rest areas like that, there would have been a ruling on it years ago. I know I've used the arena like that before myself.
And if we could keep provocative one line responses to a minimum, I would greatly appreciate it. There are more constructive ways to disagree.

I believe Dead was more commenting on the fact that, as that is not the purpose of the arena it is an "exploit" by definition. If it is an issue to use that exploit for crafting or not is up to the DMs.
Also your immersion comment does read as snark.
