A small kobold takes note of the posting during a long barter in L'Obsul with much waving of arms and occasional shouting over something shiny. Deal finally concluded, he squints up at the notice and ponders a moment before producing a pen and inking a reply.
Can make quality pages that is needed. Can meets, how many pages needed?

The posters are refreshed in L'Obsul by a disappointed looking Ralghok.
The one in Kampo's might be buried by now.
