I have split some of the most relevant topics for the year.
The rest are still archived either because they're either: general scrap or not up to date/ inactive (since changes have taken place) so there isn't any confusion. Also the archive is locked as they're collated posts over time, to prevent anymore confusion from more posting.
The 2015 posts in the archive stretch from the end of page 19 to 20 so feel free to skim read. If you want any topics split and open let me know.

*The chilling scream of terror would be heard coming from the Bendir Dale Inn in the dead of night, and when those nearby rushed to the scene they would see Dicey tossing and turning in his sleep screaming in horror from whatever nightmare he was having. When he was awakened he would have no recollection of the nightmare but maintained the look of fear in his eyes. He would be seen cautiously walking and pacing about the Dale during the day, paranoid demeanor about him and jumpier the usual.

*A post stuck by the board in the Townhall for ONLY residents to see*
During the meeting on the 26th Tarkash, Thomas and Rania had petitioned for citizenship here at the Dale. As you know citizenship isn't something that is given away lightly. I ask all residents to be aware of this as that decision will be determined by us. Therefore if you have any queries or concerns then please state them. I will open up a vote later, once I believe enough time has passed for you all to get to know them. For those of you who were not there during the meeting see below:

I looked in to this stuff when I worked for some old mayor or other; the mining area near the mylocks was mostly soft metals and not useful in the local economy. The Barak runedar mines already dominate the region's metal trade, as they are more or less the only producers of metal in the region, period.
They will always be able to undercut our profits from mining, as they can produce far far more than us and sell it at a deflated price. This combined with their ability to buy our metal at reduced prices would give them the ability to buy our metal cheaper than market price and resell it at market price.
Essentially we would only make a profit on mining if we only sold to people barak runedar would not sell to at a marked up price, while refusing sales to barak runedar and thus soiling our good relations with them. We could profit by mining and simply not selling as well, but that has the same caveat of snubbing the dwarves who would help us with this.
All in all, a poor investment.

Much appreciated for your input Jannah. I believe that we'll still be good terms with Barack Runedar whether or not we accept to their offer. Since you know all of this very well perhaps you might be able to find a good deal with the Quagmire Kobolds? No pressure if you can't find the time to do so! I can talk to Vuthamolik, I remember an offer a while ago but i'm not sure if they're still up for it.
This all depends if residents want a new mine. Offers are offers, not certain!

Not sure if the quagmire kobolds would be up for it, since last I talked with vuthamolik I was apologizing as hard as I could as he'd been run out of the dale. If there was some new development with them since then , maybe.

Does no one in the Dale know anything of mining? I find it hard to believe we are incapable of mining our own mines. Surely there must be one hin, gnome or Bendir dwarf capable of teaching the rest of us to mine for ourselves.
That being said I'm all for trade, but if anything we should just do more of what we are good at, like farming, and setup trade contracts for those goods we need instead of making the rich richer, "metaphorically speaking".
Thanks for your input Nick. I do think we are capable for ourselves on this and it's a great option. It doesn't have to be something we have to focus mainly towards. Note that it wouldn't just be for trade but for our space and usage.
Farming and trade contracts is something separate but do bring up any ideas for the next meeting. Speaking of which, there was something based on that which was brought up, but I'll need to verify on some things.

*an artist rendering is submited for all to view* [OOC: please note this is a crude module of the Dale and isn't 100% accurate.] [OOC: the military barracades would be the new wall line, since I couldn't get the walls to cooperate]
I would like to submit this rendering as a proposal to update the Dale to better increase security, giving better sightlines throughout the Dale and making it much more defensible using natural land barriers more efficiently. Also this would move the windmill and our food storage into a more secure place behind the Inn guarded by ballista as well. The school house would move into Kibs shop thus moving Kibs, Muck Dunkar and Jayek into the new merchant and crafting hall,(currently our town hall) creating a "one-stop-shop" location for adventurers. A new watch tower/barracks [OOC: which I suddenly noticed I placed backwards] would oversee ALL of the Dale lands and will have a sentry (ranged guard) posted at all times. A new town hall would be relocated across the bridge tucked out of harms way. The rear gate would ONLY be opened to citizens [OOC: not sure how the key system works but I'd like for it to open citizens only. Not sure if Cindle still hands out citizenship papers but if so this would be an ideal key]. I'm open to ideas with what to do to Muck's old shop, otherwise it could be removed all together and just have a wall run all the way from the Merchant Hall to the Inn. In the new open area South of the Merchant shop would be some market stalls for the farmers and bakers to sell their fresh produce and baked goods. [OOC: NPC's food merchants (maybe even jobs system NPC's) and Bemmi would be located likey under the overhang area of the merchant hall, if not new shop stalls or along the wall if Muck's old shop is removed]. The new Ballista in the Southeast corner currently would move to the East side of the new merchant hall.
This is just an overall rendering and proposal for rebuilding, the more specific details will still be discussed. All ideas are welcomed as well as counter proposals.
[OOC: I'm sure I forgot something, if I remember I'll edit accordingly. I mostly wanted to get this out there so we can start some back and forth dialog]
Thanks for drawing out the plan Nick! I'm all for changing the layout. Issues based around our current land use has been brought up many times over the last mayoral periods.
Just to clarify, where would the entrances be to the inner Dale? At the back (Near Amia forest) and... -Through the new merchant/crafting hall (Current townhall)? -What is your proposal on the backdoor of the inn? Will it stay there or be enclosed?
I'm not too sure about moving the school into Kibs current shop since it'll be outside the walls. Yes, there will be the militia to stop trouble. However if the children see something, or are even harmed, physically or mentally... i'd rather not have our younger generations susceptible to these issues. As much as the militia will watch out for them, I don't think it's a risk worth taking. They'll be safer at the 'inner' Dale. Right now I can't think of any solutions to this.
Muck's shop shouldn't be knocked down. Let's make use of everything and come up with ideas rather than demolishing what we have.
I like the idea of having our ingredients merchant and bakers in the new open area, as well as Dunkar's shop. The current stalls we have should be around that area too. It'll be great to have Jayek, Muck and Kibs under one place in the merchant/crafting hall too.

Well for one we're both bards, so we know how to spread mirth, tell stories and make friends. I'm also a lore gatherer and historian and could probably be of use if anything strange needs looking into. Rania is a ranger and knows a lot about nature itself, which would probably be useful given that the Dale stands in between the Mylock hills, the forest, the frontier and the Crags. We can also both hold our own in a fight, where she is both good at ranged and close combat, and I've yet to see an animal she can't befriend. I focus on defending others and helping with my inspirations, which means that the more people we have, the stronger we'll be together. Despite this, neither of us go around starting fights, and I don't believe we have a single enemy between us.
As we mentioned during the town meeting, we both have great respect for the Dale and the people, as Bendir has grown and prospered despite it's vulnerable initial location and maintaining neutrality trough the many conflicts the isle has seen. We'd both like to be part of it and help the Dale continue to grow and prosper. The Festival we organized for Bendir was part of it, to help people and adventurers see that there's more to Bendir than the bench and tree outside the gates, and get to know the people and the Dale itself, a bit better.

Citizens,
The Law Enforcment Guard Special Unit affectionatly called the L.E.G.S. Unit are responsible for policing the town and its borders. As of right now this is the "official" list of current members. In an effort to make this list official, I need any of you interested in joining, or may already have been a member previously of the older units, please submit a new application for Cindle to have on file. This helps us know those who are indeed members and that need a L.E.G.S. Signet Ring. Thank You.
[Note] The L.E.G.S. and Militia are two different units of Bendir Dale security with General Nof in charge of the Militia Unit (Military) and the Captain in charge of the L.E.G.S. Unit (police). Both still report to the Mayor.

I'm sorry I missed it, I ended up getting a unexpected dairy sickness part way through the night, and so I wasn't able to get on, as I had hoped in time for the festival, Shame too! Therai was looking foward to it! Hopefully they'll be another chance for him to mingle with the residences. <3

This is a warning, a dire one at that... My name is Vincent Clairmont Chevalier. I've met some of you, some of you I've only heard of. Regardless, I've been informed by Tahren Sepharim, apparent head of the Celestial Stairway, "not to be in Cordor in a week". He informed me he and the group are leaving the isle and heavily implied that he may or may not be going out with a bang.
If you're seeing this, it's because I know you or know of you enough to trust you know of these people and their capabilities; how dangerous they are. Tahren is a genius, a strategist, he lives for the thrill of seeing his plans come to light and, in the face of many failures, may be ready to give up the ghost to see one come to fruition. With his intellect, his threat that Cordor is the target may be a ruse.
I suggest thoroughly searching your city for any sort of magical implements, explosives, traps, dangers, and check your guard for any discrepancies in their behavior. Tahren, an expert shifter, has spoken to me enough times to know my face and some mannerisms well enough to properly mimic me; do not be fooled by this. Ways to tell I'm me are by speaking Chondathan (unconfirmed as to whether not not Tahren speaks the tongue), I always have my ioun stone active (pink and green), ask to see my Kohlingen Knight insignia or my Medal of Valor from the Goblin Wars; something I'm certain Tahren hasn't seen that I always carry with me.
Tempo, a shadowdancer and avid defender of Cordor overheard my conversation with Tahren and attacked him before I could find anything further about his plans. Though the attack seemed to rattle him, it certainly didn't seem to frighten him. Hardly shake him at all. This, to me, was further confirmation the man may be ready to give his life.
Be safe, be cautious, be keen, be on guard. May the Loyal Fury guide you to safety, Swordcaptain Vincent Clairmont Chevalier

*The drow appeared in finely crafted armor and leathers in the colors of blue and black. He approached the guards with a purposeful stride and serious expression. He said nothing simply handing them a folded parchment. One side was an arcane spell scroll of Displacement, the other elegant script in common.*
One of your kin rests comfortably at the Shrine of Selune in Wharftown. It is of utmost importance that they share what details they can remember of their ordeal. Understandably they do not trust this one whom serves Eilistraee. Perhaps one of Bendir Dale may set his mind at ease and gain knowledge that will enable me to choke the slave trade in this area.
