Might I ask to what end you are seeking information from the Arcanum War, Miss Sophia? Is this an independant inquiry or something organized on another's behalf.
I could help, but I'd like to know the point of the exercise first.

If you would like I could take some time out of my busy schedule, which mostly includes me telling people I'm busy when I'm really only tired or with my daughter (that actually means I have nothing better to do), to tell you the part of the Living City, of the Living Guard, and of myself as their Captain.
I'm mostly retired now, so I have all the time in the world.

After having passed by many times, brown eyes drawn to the notices.. a certain blonde reached up and left a note. She penned it quickly in Cordor, passing by a black bard and some others after leaving the Merchant Hall. She didn't seem concerned about being known, but neither did she leave her name.
Sophia: What exactly are you still looking for? I keep seeing your notices.. the people you've quoted as wanting to speak to. Is there part of the puzzle still missing?
