Krin has a massive ego. Captain Obvious has spoken. Anyway, aside from that, I haven't really interacted with him much at all. I'd love to give a deeper psychoanalysis on on Krin, but with my limited knowledge, I'm going to have to assume that some form of insecurities lurk deep within that flamboyant and loud exterior of his. He also seems to have a soft spot for "kindred spirits"― as in, outcasts who are as universally disliked as he is. Whether that is a flaw or virtue, well, that is up for a debate. Given the usual dispositions of said friends, my vote goes to the former!

Elf. That's the biggest flaw right there!

Im not sure who they are, but if they do play and elf, they are in an unfortunate place right now, and chose the wrong side.

That is a great flaw, because that ewok shares a certain name with ME.

Apart from the massive array of physical flaws, the kenku Wicket can appear to be a driven witch, but her studies have blinded her to the world around her. She acts without pause, and that is even if a consequence is even noticed or considered. She may believe her experimentations will take her up in the world when perhaps likely, it will be her downfall.

Madrik is terse and difficult to deal with as a character if he has any preconceptions about you. He's also all dying and stuff, so that makes things a little awkward for him. What I've known of the character suggests that he's taken actions that have given him both a lot of guilt and trouble later on, and I would like to think it implies that he's impulsive.

His last name is also Street. I'm not sure how that got to be, but Mana once told me about a street named Dennis; so maybe his last name was originally Dennis before Collin Reyes changed reality between him and a street.

Gerald is too lax (in his pants!) for the highest ranking officer in a city. He is probably one of the least scary characters in Tarkuul. At least on the outside.

Lucius keeps to himself most of the time, and he stays hidden away in Tarkuul. I doubt he knows of a lot of things going on within the island. I think he only gets excited when a prospective mage drops in to fill out an application and get interviewed.

Where one would expect from Murex' characters to be more power hungry, they usually just settle for medium rank grunts and thugs in most scenarios to carry out bloodletting and toolish tasks, while acquisition power by means of equipment or participation with the biggest strong arm. Some brutes just want to "get by" in Amia, and I think Kylex is one of them, as thug types tend to just to reach the minimal expectations in their league by their boss' orders and then just settle down for a drink while the dust settles.

OMGz Aiseth I have wanted to do you so long. (See what I did there??)

Aiseth is a secretive and paranoid mage. The secrets are trouble, the paranoia is worse, but by far Aiseth's biggest flaws are the epic displays of antagonism. While the player (whose posts I've enjoyed stalking in our "Your Characters and You" thread) does a great job of showcasing hard emotional walls, the character has a great deal of emotion that gets unleashed in entirely unhealthy and destructive patterns. This can be evidenced by the large amount of banishments and conflicts Aiseth has gotten itself into.

I would say the patterns exacerbate themselves in overthinking everything as well. Although, I do consider Aiseth (and her player) to be one of the more perceptive and intelligent ones around. I admire Aiseth for her flaws because they are large and glaring. Samantha began that way too-- it does so well for fun development. Nuances can be influenced by others instead of having to be unearthed. Not that there isn't a lot to unearth on Aiseth.......

She has some great strengths too... But this thread isn't for those eh?? ;)

Sam, from what I remember, delicately balances upon a metaphorical rope of morality over the chasm to oblivion. For now her step is solid, but when the winds pick up and the rope starts to sway, will Sam manage to keep her balance? Or will Sam greet what oblivion has to offer?

Galenson, recently stepped down as a dm it seems!

His character, the Scholar, was a severe man of intrigue, but was so mysterious, I could hardly ever get an audience with him, and this made me very sad.

From what I've heard of Wicket, as we've not had the (dis?)pleasure of meeting, is that they're very off to social norms, where evidence of Wicket's deeds is as clear as a sunny day in the middle of the ocean. Very, very open evil.

It is hard to think of any flaws with Aleana but I would say that her biggest flaw is the fact she so driven to get everything done now. Which is a great 'human' quality but conflicts slightly with all the patient, slow to start, old fart elves of Winya. It isn't much of a flaw but I think it creates some interesting little issues to watch play out.

I can't seem to find any flaws in Levexal, other than he cares too much about the elves in Winya. Which makes it a weakness to the character's heart, but a strength of loyalty.

Nicholas from what I've seen has that streak of stubborn moral quandry combined with a sort of glib-poke-fun that can gyrate a character. If you're doing what Nicholas thinks is right, then you can rest assured his good nature comes out on top. However, he's not afraid to tell you how it is, which can make him come across blunt, certainly with his humour.

HoJo rocks those robes like no ones business and could get the ladies easy - ew is that his face? I'll dance with the vampire instead.

Crow's flaw if I might observe is his focus on women... and perhaps sometimes his emotions getting the better of him. Beyond this he does his damndest to help and to do right by others.

Instead of commenting on the gnome everyone knows, I'll comment on Vaelmith. Who was a passionate and emotionally driven character. Vaelmith was guided by his heart and defined in action by his loyalty to his family - which extended beyond his own blood and kin. This brought him into conflict with some of his fellow elves, where his loyalty to a certain human wizard was concerned. But his emotion and impulsive nature got him in trouble on more than one occasion. And when he was coerced to betray his family, it broke the elven warrior.. who was never truly forgiven in life by his friend and brother.

Right in the feels. I miss Vaelmith.

Oh. And regarding Tuomas, this:

Cory is a very independent guardian, or Thane, of Cariagh. Over the years he has proven to the citizens of Cariagh that he can take care of them. In the eyes he is the great protector, keeping them safe from the undead curse that lurks. However, he finds a way to defeat twenty players in PvP without lifting a nail.

Levexals biggest flaws obviously that he lacks the pointy ears! But on a more serious note, it is a bit hard to pin down any severe personality flaws for him. So I suppose his biggest "flaw" would be the fact that he is not allowed to go certain places.

Elrith. While generally a very calm person, her anger can grow to terrifying degrees. Highly protective to those close to her, this can occasionally take on slightly selfdestructive degrees. She generally is not good with people and takes some warming up before getting close to someone.
There are likely some other things that for several reasons I won't get into here ;)

Aleana never really has any flaws that I'm aware of. She worked hard when she knew Nicholas, and didn't seem to keep her kin's stereotypes.
