According to Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting 3ed Earth Genasi receive the druid spell
pass without trace, usuable once per day as a racial ability. However, on Amia Earth Genasi receive stoneskin as a racial ability, I always assumed this replaces it as the other spell is not a NWN spell.
There's nothing mentioned about Earth Genasi having the ability to speak with Earth. You could always RP yours knowing Terran, the language of earth elementals, as one of your bonus languages. They don't actually receive it automatically but it can be chosen if you have bonus points to Int. It still won't let you communicate with rocks though, but earth elementals at least.
