*It appears a Salandran charity chest has been left outside of Kampo's, sign and all. A thin blonde woman can be seen placing supplies in it, waiting by the sign a while with a smile and simply walking away...*

((Chest is open and items are free. Supplies mostly useful to lowbies. I have no idea how long the placeable will stay there. Feel free to 'take a penny leave a penny' but I know this doesn't stop evil people from shenanigans
